I was very satisfied with my participation in the NC Concealed Carry Handgun course at Triangle Self-Defense & Tactical.The communication with this vendor is excellent. Furthermore, their educational information is consistently repeated to allow for adult learners to process and retain. Safety, safety, safety is role modeled by the staff. Both the indoor classroom and range are excellent. Finally, the staff are professional, easy to relate to, and are happy to answer questions.The only feedback I would offer is to move the concealed carry insurance vendor to the lunch time. This would allow those who are not interested to avoid a sales pitch.

I recently attended the Concealed Carry Handgun course (Oct 2021) and found the whole experience to be excellent. The instructors (owner Stewart and Scott) were very knowledgeable, professional and very good at getting the class to interact.I completed the course with a good understanding of the legalities of concealed carrying and especially my obligations to be a responsible concealed carrying citizen. I would 100% recommended Stewart and Scott at Triangle Self Defence & Tactical Training and will be back to further my training and knowledge.An added benefit of being an Alumni of the organisation is the access to their great online content, training videos and so on all of which are very professionally done.

Second time taking a Concealed Carry course (lost cert during a move). This course is comprehensive and professional. The in depth and thoughtful way the course is presented is sobering and fun. Handling a firearm demands responsibility and Stewart and his crew are great at instilling the fundamentals in the class. I have a lot of experience with rifles, but less with pistols. The staff was supportive and kind while teaching dry firing at the range. If you are looking for a great experience while taking your Concealed Carry course, sign up. You will get your money's worth and more.

Took this class with my wife about a week ago and we haven't stopped talking about how informative and legally critical this class is. Stewart has a great knowledge base with a lot of real world experience that helps the class apply the knowledge to everyday scenarios. We were so impressed that we have since signed up for the Self defense courses that they offer as well as the EDC classes that improve even further on CC management and techniques. Can't recommend them enough.

Took concealed carry course. Stewart was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He gave a great and safe learning experience for learning to shoot firearms. You can tell it is his passion and that he is very experienced with what he teaches. He was very receptive to answering any and all questions relating to firearms from the class. The classroom and range training were thought out, well-planned, and followed through as scheduled. I would certainly return again for additional training and would recommend others to utilize his trainings/sessions!

I took the concealed carry course and loved everything about it. The instructors were top notch. Stewart provided a great educational course at the start and took the time to explain and teach each of us in our group proper technique, safety measures and responsibility throughout the hands on process. The handgun concealed carry class was excellent! Registering was straight-forward, and the information provided was thorough both for what I had to do before the class and what I needed to know for the class. The instructor Stuart was extremely professional, very safe with his firearm demonstration, and very clear in his instruction. I was impressed by his rational for why he carries: not to take on the bad guy, but to make sure he gets home safe to his family if something does happen. During the firearm test, he gave each of us individualized attention and tips for drawing our pistol to maximize efficiency, safety, and accuracy. 10/10 would recommend

My wife and I have taken both a private lesson and a concealed carry course here and will definitely be returning in the future for further training. Stewart is a great instructor who takes his time to thoroughly explain each and every aspect of gun handling and safety. You are made to feel welcome regardless of your experience level and will pick up extremely useful tactics. He made what could have been a typical boring 8 hour course extremely interesting, entertaining, and informational. We look forward to taking further training with Stewart and the triangle self defense team! Thank you guys!

This was one of the best experiences of my entire lifetime. We learned so much and it was so much fun. Our instructor was the very best you could ever ask for. After the class, I realized I how much I had learned about carrying a concealed weapon. I recommend it for any one who has thought about doing this class.
