Managers are TERRIBLE, thanks Arlette GM for blaming other ppl than owning up to yall charging me months after I canceled personal training..and then giving me attitude!! I've had nothing but issues with them SINCE.. Also Andrew, and Brandon thanks for not helping with the cancelation process.I am usually very understanding but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! 😡🤬
