Always clean and organize gym. Gabby was very nice and helpful in front desk. I enjoy attending this gym because of its variety in exercise machines and great customer service.

They need to clean their restrooms more often but other than that it’s the best gym I’ve gone to in the RGV. Arlette the GM is very helpful and is a huge reason as to why the gym is great.

Managers at TruFit Edinburg are terrible. I canceled my PT contract since June and it’s supposed to take a month to cancel, well, I sign the paper and the printer was not working and Andrew (the one in charge) told me that it was done and that they were going to file and process cancelation, they lost the paper. I noticed in August that they were still withdrawing money from my account, so I had to sign a paper again, but this time it was going to be immediate. We are in September and they are still robbing from my account. I went back and again the paper had been lost, luckily this time I had a copy. Their customer service is terrible. They “loose” the important documents, how convenient.

Great all around facility, great staff, in particular I wanna give shout out to Alejandra who's been so helpful and patient with me on my weight loss journey. Shes ver knowledgeable and I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help reaching their fitness goals.
