It's a pretty decent gym...most of the staff members are nice, but there are a few that need to work on kindness. With the weights and workout equipment, it would be better if they had barbells over 70lbs like a few of the other locations I've been to. Overall its decent but with a few extra things, it could be a whole lot better.😉 …

It’s a great combination of a commercial gym and a private gym. The gym goers and great and not overly friendly. I do however miss the old manager and staff.

Definitely get a premium membership here! The classes and tanning are worth it. Yoga, bootcamp, H.E.A.T., etc. All of them are a great way to change up your routine if you’re used to lifting. As far as lifting goes, they have pretty much everything I want in a gym. I like this location specifically because of the friendly staff and overall cleanliness.

*EDIT*10Gym was quick to respond to my 1-star review and refunded the amount charged in full. However they did call me a couple times to remind me that it had been refunded and asked that I edit my review. I still think that the 30-day pending cancellation policy is a bad business practice and a cheap way to get a little more out of customers and they obviously agree or they wouldn't be refunding customers in exchange for a review change. Why would you defend a policy ("Other gyms have similar policies") and at the same time refund customers for the aforementioned policy once you receive a bad review? Either get rid of the policy or stick to your guns, anything in between comes off as shady.Gym was okay, they had some defective equipment. The main reason I chose to try 10Gym over other gyms was the fact that I was able to bring a guest and also because they had a Sauna. The reason for my 1-star review was due to my cancellation process. I need to cancel my membership there and when I went to cancel they said I would have to pay a fee if I didn't wait until my contract was up. That was fair enough so I kept it for a couple more months until my contract was up. I finally got it cancelled at the right time HOWEVER, their cancellation process is pending for 30 days and any charges that occur during that 30 day period are due. So I not only had to pay my monthly fee after I cancelled but I also got hit with a $50 gym fee. I was told by the person on the phone that "I am just an employee" and "That is the normal policy for most gyms" Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news for 10Gym but that wasn't my experience at Planet Fitness and if I decide to join a gym again I will be going back to Planet Fitness.

This is my favorite gym to go to. You can't beat the price! It has such a variety of gym equipment that I enjoy using. The staff is awesome! The atmosphere makes for great training. I don't have to worry about people judging me and I've made a lot of friends here. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I was a member at 19 for over seven years for which I called home. Then one day, I was told that it was closing and that I would be transferred to 10GYM. You could only imagine how out of my comfort zone I was about this change but after a short time, I have accepted 10 and now call it home. The manager and staff are very welcoming and gracious. The facility is keep at a high level of cleanliness. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is quite spacious. I look forward everyday that I go and train there. Friends and family would be the best way to describe it!!!!!

I have been a member for about three years and I love this gym. I have never had a problem and the manager and staff are very friendly and willing to help. This gym is clean and has everything you need for a great price! Love it!

I love 10Gym! I joined this gym after a two year hiatus and love what they did with the place. The expansion is beautiful, the equipment and bathrooms are always clean and well kept, and the staff is very friendly and accomadating.

The gym keeps signing people up but usually there is a wait on every machine during the busy hours. I deal with attitudes when I get to a machine before someone else does. Young kids don't put weights back where they go, they set their water bottles and shirts on benches that they aren't even using, just as a table. Crowded, Great gym but just wish I had breathing room. I don't wish to work out inches away from fellow gym goers. 2 stars only for the lack of space, everything else is pretty goodBut aside from the people who go to the gym it is clean and staff is friendly. They diligently make sure floors and machines are clean and always greet you. Affordable and neat. Clean locker rooms.Read the contracts before signing them. Learn your ways out and be fully committed before contracting. (This goes for any contract you will sign anywhere, not just here)

Clean and friendly! I've gone here for over two years and it is a great deal for the cost. After 4 PM on week days gets super busy though so that can be annoying and it stays busy til pretty late at night. They also do not have great air flow and it usually smells pretty bad. This is my biggest complaint. It is definately worth it for $10 or $20 per month. The tanning booths and this location are good as well.
