This gym has been so helpful to me getting back into some exercise. They have been so patient and accommodating. Staff is 100 and Dana is definitely not extra! Lol.

I had called at the 1st of sept to cancel my membership keep in mind this was my second time calling. I sent in a request for cancellation in October and was told my cancellation wasn’t received after I had contacted the 3rd party biller ABC financial they use to help with the cancellation. I verified the address with a team member in the actual gym and sent another cancellation at the first of September and was still charged this month and September. I called ABC Financial Services and they stated the address I had emailed was wrong. I requested a refund for the last two months and was refused a refund. The third party said it wasn’t their fault someone gave me a wrong email for my cancellation. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

My experience is for 10gym Edmond. My problem is i pay for tanning and always have a hard time getting the managers to get the bulbs changed in a timely manner. Not happy about it. Even sent a message to Corp and still have not hurd back from them.

I started going to 10 Gym after not going to a gym in 5 years. Since it had been so long I decided to get me a personal trainer. I felt like having a trainer would give me the motivation to keep going and teach me things I have forgotten. Starting training didn’t start off well at all. My first trainer quit, my second one kept canceling on me. I was starting to feel like it was a waste of money, Time and effort. Jaylon took over being my trainer and he is Awesome. Jaylon has real people skills. He is patient, knowledgeable and full of energy. Jaylon gives me a good workout for sure. He took a bad experience and turned it into a great experience for sure. With Jaylon being my trainer I know I will start seeing the results that I’m looking for. Thank you Jaylon for making me see my potential and not letting me give up when I was ready to throw in the towel.

Jaylon (the head trainer) is amazing, and very generous with his time! All the staff there are very helpful and I definitely recommend 10Gym to anyone that needs a comfortable environment to work out in ❤️

I absolutely LOVE this gym! The facility is so clean and the environment is welcoming!The staff is phenomenal ! They are so funny and helpful and can make friends with anyone that walks in the door!

Best experience so far with a gym. Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming. They give you a free consultation with a personal trainer with your new membership and Jaylon was super helpful and knowledgeable, not mention upbeat and positive. I think I’m going to like this gym!!

Would not recommend this gym at all. You get what you pay for. The floors are dirty for weeks. The womens restroom has a toilet that will never flush. The door on the womens restroom stall will not lock. The trash cans are always overflowing. The equipment is old. And be careful, when you sign that membership contract, you have to pay the following year's annual dues, if they are due within 30 days. The management at this company does not care about clientele at all. The bulbs for the tanning booths are old and the clientele has to beg for them to be changed. Don't waste your time visiting this place and definitely don't sign a contract. Keep moving to the next gym.
