The staff here is very nice and helpful. I love that whenever the gym is open there is always someone at the front desk. My free consultation with Jaylon, the fitness manager, was very informative and helpful! Can’t wait to start my journey to a healthier lifestyle here at 10gym.

Found out both the evening and overnight guys are both leaving tonight. Finally got some decent people who actually interact and seemed to care. Have to learn a whole new staff, yet again. This gym can't keep a decent staff to save their lives. How bad must it be for no one to last more than a few months?Clearly because of the response, it's corporate. Reread what was posted. The guys that work overnight and in the evening made the place better. I'm going to Four Star. This gym is absolute trash. Couldn't even respond to a review.

Got kicked out for wearing flip flops. Seriously? One look across the gym will show they aren't enforcing any other dress codes (i.e. no cutoff shirts or short-shorts). I had been coming for like a month with no problem, and then today, an employee decided they would only enforce this rule. I signed waivers. If I drop a weight on my foot, that's my problem.Update after owner response: As my review points out, there are plenty of other dress code violations all over the gym. If your rules are enforced equally, I will change my review accordingly.

To any of the members that see this, you all were amazing. Due to poor communication with management my time is done with this company. To the few employees that are hanging in there, keep on for just a little bit. In December you can come join me at another gym just down the road. The same energy that I had when I initially got to this location will be revamped and we'll have more fun again.

Aside from the gym, I had my first meet up with Jaylon from Lighthouse Fitness there. All in all, he listened with ears open & ready to pick up on a journey that's not gonna be easy. He showed me a small workout plan compared to what I'm facing, but met it with a precision type tactic to avoid making my injuries from a car wreck i was in, worse. So, thank you 10Gym & Thank you Jaylon!

Dana was extremely helpful. He was happy to help, and very professional. This gym is big. It’s clean. And spacious. I came as a guest. The process was very easy. Staff is kind and considerate

I am a member of 4 gyms and this is BY FAR my favorite. The staff is always cleaning and every time I come here I’m greeted with a smile :) Dana is always so helpful and somehow he knows my name before I even have a chance to scan in. He makes me feel like I’m part of the family. There’s no gym like 10Gym - they truly deserve 10 stars!

If there was -5 stars I would give it to this company. The gym itself is nice. Beware of billing. When I signed up with child care they promised me that I could terminate my membership at any time with no extra fee. Turns out there was a 12 month contract that was signed when they went through the IPad to sign up. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO BE THERE FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. The corporate office is a joke.
