Cancelled my membership and was charged three months in a row. Called to see what happened and my membership never got canceled and they couldn't do anything but cancel it again. No refund or anything. Will leave 1 star until I'm taken care of. The rep on the phone, Dave, was very professional and accommodating, within his power.

The staff is so extremely nice! They always make sure to welcome you in and say goodbye when you leave. The gym is clean and upkept, and the gym goers themselves are very friendly and courteous!

A great value for everything you get. You get the typical treadmills, weight machines, ellipticals, free weights and bicycles that each location has, but the cost is a very good value. They can be really crowded sometimes, but again, for $10 it's a really good deal. Keep in mind though, like many it does have a yearly fee. They also have a $20 rate, but I would recommend that one only if you will use the tanning and massage services. The $20 (black) card also gives you access to any Planet Fitness and not just your home location, if that is something you need.

Greatest value in fitness hands down. Always a great staff that is eager to help without the normal feel that you are not worthy of there training. We have been to a lot of gyms and we have found our home gym for the foreseeable future.

I absolutely love this gym. Kaylan is the personal trainer at the Santa Fe and Edmond road location. He is AMAZING! The gym is chill and I like the fact that the only mirror is along the wall with the bars and free weights. The massage chair and hydro massage table are wonderful. The red light vibration is relaxing and warms me up. It’s always clean and the bathrooms always smell good. Water pressure is good in the showers and the water gets hot enough. I love my planet fitness!

I left a review a couple months back about the paper towels always being out and a few other things and got a very nice response from management. Since getting that response I have seen a huge turnaround in the gym quality and am super pleased that I was heard and a change was made. This gym is 100% somewhere I will continue to go and recommend to friends and family who ask how it is. The environment is great and everyone there is friendly.

Wow! I will be joining here after my membership expires st another club in two months. This place is so clean!!! The machines are incredible and I live the circuit training section. I live in Texas and I was visiting my daughter in OKC. I called to see if I could pay a daily fee so I didn’t mess up my work out. They told me how to go on line and joint a free trial. It was easy. They treated me so nice there.

I wanted to say I love this gym. The staff is really nice and has a great personality. The morning staff makes you want to come to the gym. They all have really good energy. Very helpful to everyone. They keep Planet fitness really clean. If I was the owner I would give all of them a raise, because they work really hard. I been coming to this gym 3 years.

Nice gym and a better price. They always have an open cardio machine because they have so many. Only complaint is no free weights, but I understand why they don't have any.

Read the fine print! You can't buy a membership for yourself and expect your spouse to be able to go. You have to buy to separate memberships just for a husband and wife to go together. Also, once you find out that this is the case, it costs $60 to cancel a membership. Buyer Beware.
