Lots of clean machines and areas to workout. If you come across a dirty machine, you could sanitize it before you use it. They keep locking the doors early. I workout late, so it would be nice not the be met with a locked door twenty minutes prior to closing. My membership is contingent on a certain number of visits, so my visits are not registering because they shut down the computers when I scan my tag.

I’ve been tanning at ten gym and occasionally working out there as well for over a year now! Penny is always so friendly when I stop by the front desk! She definitely needs a raise because she is always super helpful and a girl boss queen :)

Every time I go to this location, the staff have been friendly and helpful. I tend to stay in the 30 minute circuit area, but it is consistently clean, and in good working order. Even the fellow members I’ve encountered have been courteous. The women’s locker room is very well maintained, and I cannot think of a single complaint about this location. I even got my husband to join recently so we can go together!

It’s a gym. Non-peak hours are best, it can get packed at times. Cons. Tanning beds/areas could be cleaner. The lay down was taken yesterday around 6 am and the standup was today around 9:30am.My only other complaint is that as a black card member, I’m allowed to bring someone for free when I work out. Every other PF I’ve been to let’s me check in, and just vouch for whomever my guest is. This location made my extra person make a card to scan??? What’s the point of saying I can bring someone for free, but then when I do, he’s told he can’t work out unless they take his pic and make him a card? He’s not a member of the gym. The card looks like a mini version of the black cards (also attached.) Avoid this location if you want to bring a guest.

Huge, clean and comfortable! Front desk staff Raquel and Zane are Rock stars! They totally turned my horrible day around with their knowledge and welcoming attitude as I was traveling thru the state. Thank you Edmond PF!

The equipment was well kept, the staff was kind, the people were nice. Just a little crowded at ~3pm.Definitely a nice spot.

Great fitness club. Very clean and modern. Great staff, well maintained equipment and great value for the low monthly fee. I highly recommend Planet Fitness!

Thursday 12/31/2021 during lunch time，the front desk doesnot offer masks to customers and she allows people get in without masks wear on.

They have "Black mold " on the (walls and wall paper" in the 30 minute circuit room. It's been there for 4 day's . No one has a answer why the Contractor they hired hasn't removed it from the building.

I suspended my account due to the covid situation in the spring. I recently received a monthly bill (Oct 19). I called and was told that I needed to ask to have my account suspended after so long. I told them I did not want to have the yearly fee deducted (Nov) and to have a manager call me if there was a problem. No contact but fee deducted- POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP!
