After I left the gym, I walked to my car and I saw a big scratch on it. I went to the front desk and ask to see the video of the camera outside and they told me that they cant unless I file a police report. Here is the problem with that, what if the scratch happened somewhere else and I just saw it there. Filing police report will waste so many people time. It is stupid policy that show no respect to costumers. To all costumers who attend this gym, your cars are unsafe parked there because they staff who release the video to help you see who did what to your car unless you call the police and give them a copy of that police report.

Very clean, friendly, and welcoming environment. Nice and spacious setup of equipment. Equipment is also always very clean. Locker rooms are spacious. Employees are always friendly and welcoming.

Great, non-meat market gym. People are there to work out and not to pick up a date. Good amount of cardio but lacking in some leg machines, back machines, free weight set up and abs accessories. Rarely busy.

I just recently moved from Edmond to a different state. I have tried to get their help to get my membership transferred to Texas. I received the run around on how to get it done. My wife and I are black card members on different accounts. My wife was able to cancel her contract without paying the buy out fee. When I tried they wanted to charge me the fee. This is not fair and they told me I couldn't cancel until I pay the fee. Dont get involved with this company if you have a job that might transfer you to another state. They will not work with you. Go find a gym with no obligations and a month to month agreement.

Absolutely ridiculous! I spoke to someone about canceling my membership and the man I spoke to told me that I had until December 10th to cancel my membership and I wouldn’t be charged anything at all! Then come to find out I was charged a $40 annual fee because I was lied to! Apparently the cut off for that was November 25th. This gym is an hour drive from me, if I would have known that was the date I needed to have it canceled by I would have been out there sooner!! Now I’m being told I can’t get a refund because one of YOUR employees made a mistake. This place doesn’t care about you they just want your money. I’m extremely upset and will be telling everyone to STAY CLEAR of this gym. I was lied to and completely taken advantage of.

Pretty good gym! No worries on having to look like you just stepped out of a magazine to go there! In fact it’s even frowned upon! Under weight, over weight or just trying to stay fit! Everyone can enjoy it! Love their massage chairs at the end of a work out! And it’s not overpriced like a lot of gyms are! Try it!
