I normally workout in the mornings, but the gym can get crowded when I go in around 5pm. There is enough equipment, i able to find alternative workouts.

Staff is great. The gym is very clean. And they have four stair machines. The most of come across is two per club.

Clean, cool, plenty of new machines. Lots of cardio equipment so you can always find something to use. At least 2 of each of the weightlifting machines. Great value, especially with the Black Card benefits.

We always enjoy coming to Planet Fitness. They have plenty of equipment, and everything is clean. We have never had a bad experience at this location!

I had a black card membership for 2 years. I was going to sign up again for a membership, but now they require your credit card and bank info. Requesting too much of my info on top of the $100 in fees led me to picking a new gym ✌🏻 …

Luke Gillespie, General manager of this location, is a spineless, twisted little man. First, this location has wrongfully charged me two months in a row after canceling my membership. Last month, it was dealt with fairly quickly and my money was refunded. This time, not only does Luke refuse to deal with the matter personally, he makes his employee, Bryonna, try and deal with me so that he doesn't have to. Then, he refuses to refund, only cancel my membership that should have been canceled. I sent him proof of his error via email, and he still refuses to acknowledge or accept responsibility. This "man" doesn't deserve the job he has. He is a skid mark on planet fitness' name.

I think the PF app crowd meter is off. At 2 bars the gym is busy and you have to wait for machines. Also be nice when they get both hydromassage and massage chairs up and running. Have to wait for those now too.

I've been a member of this gym for I think 3 or 4 years now and I just went in to cancel my membership because I moved. The first big problem is that they don't make it easy to cancel. You basically have to go in to cancel, you can't call. Second, they've always billed me on the 18th so my wife and I went in to cancel our memberships on the 16th so it wouldn't bill. The girl was nice and cancelled it right away. Then today, I get billed so I call up there and the guy basically tells me that it renews on the 10th but they don't bill it until the 18th. The way gyms have become so predatory is beyond frustrating. I actually enjoyed going to this gym but this completely ruined my experience and I would never return or recommend anyone go to PF for this very reason. BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Make it easy to cancel if people need to cancel. Set your renewal dates on the day you withdraw the payment. The girl at the front desk conveniently left that out. Just don't go to PF. They've turned into golds and all the others. They just lure you in with a cheap membership knowing you'll give up going and make it too difficult and time consuming to cancel and the payment is small enough that you won't bother canceling. That's the only reason this place is still in business.

Not for people serious about fitness. The staff is friendly, the machines are clean, and the facility is huge. If you're looking for a place to sign up with in January and then never go to again this seems like a great gym. However there are no squat racks. There are no barbells. The closest thing they have for people serious about fitness is an *Angled* Smith machine which forces you into bad form when used. This absolutely blew my mind when I first walked in. Not having a squat rack or barbells is like a restaurant not having forks. I've been in hotel "gyms" with better equipment!I believe this was done with the specific intention of angering people like me who would return and use the facilities frequently while drawing in people who will only run on a treadmill for 30min and go home. It worked. Here's my verdict:Join 10Gym or Anytime fitness instead. They can be packed and not nearly as clean but they have squat racks and the people who go there care and can help you learn proper form so you don't injure yourself. Solely doing isolation and angled Smith machines is a recipe for injury as they don't build up "helper" muscles that are required for lifting in the real world.
