I was a little sad because I don't have a bank account so that i can join, you need to have a bank account to join and they don't take cash :(. But other than that, the clerk was very nice to us and handsome as well.

It was great to be back in the gym. Not too long of a wait to get into gym. But once in there machines clean, social distancing not much has changed. Still great facilities

The calf machine has been broken for a month. The bathroom sinks are always broken. The layout is crammed and the cardio machines occupy space as nobody really uses them. I brought up the broken machine issues 5 different times to the managers and they do nothing about it.

It's an ok gym. I go here because it's really close to my house. This gym needs more machines though. Some squat machines and leg machines. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for those machines. I used to go to Golds Gym in West Covina but would take me up to 45 minutes to get there some days but I loved the machines and sauna. Didn't like the traffic. This gym is 2 minutes away. Please upgrade.

in efforts to save money the manager simply does not fix the broken sinks, toilets, showers, and machines. you'd be lucky to find a working sink + toilet + shower at the same time. this is the most disgusting planet fitness I have ever been to as a black card member. these issues have been brought up before by other reviews and yet the manager prefers to save money on maintenance.
