If only I could rate this gym more than 5 stars!! To start off, I love the flexibility of coming in at any time during open hours without worrying about making it to a specific class time. It is nice not having to worry about what types of exercises to do since the routine is already set. The BEST part about this gym, without a doubt, are the trainers!! The trainers truly care about your personal fitness journey and highly motivate you daily to reach your goals. Each trainer is very knowledgeable and has an exceptional way of tailoring the workout to your needs, your fitness goals, and your background experience. The environment is so friendly and I always feel welcomed. I appreciate all of the trainers and their help! I love AC’s personalized martial arts combinations, Angel’s high intensity workouts, Daniel's constant encouragement to challenge yourself, and Jose’s weight training. I LOVE training here at 9Rounds and I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Training here has been well worth my time and money. The trainers have also helped me build strength, stamina, speed, agility, sustainability, and vitality. I feel different and I have noticed that I am starting to look different. I am here to stay. It will also be worth your time and money.

Great, enthusiastic trainers that actually care about you and push you to be better each time! Awesome workouts that vary depending on your fitness levels and goals.
