After many years of going to one gym I decided to try this facility out. I love the York dumbbells but there isn’t enough of them. I would recommend Sergio Gonzalez to be your trainer.

I love this gym, first the machines are really good variety, the set up it’s unreal, and the most important is that this place is filled with the vibe and grace. I loved to read the Bible verses all around.God bless you guys, you’re doing an amazing job

Great gym, friendly staff, equipment has that perfect "grunge gym" feel to it, only thing is that the hours are pretty restrictive. 6PM Saturday close is earlier than most gyms I've been to.

I had never been to this gym and was there with my nephew to workout, good atmosphere, good staff and very comfortable workout area!
