I for one do appreciate the planet fitness gym and community. I see people treat each other with respect and common courtesy. The location I go to is the one on Montana and each and every time I've gone it's always been welcoming, the employees are nice to the people that walk in and make you feel comfortable. I do recommend this gym to anybody and everybody.

By far the nicest Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to! Everything was clean, like new, pretty big. The massage chairs are nice! It’s like the chairs that Costco sells!!

I had a membership for a short while at a different location to work then where I am now they're really easy and quick to take your money but trying to end the membership is a horrendous experience

One of the nicer planet fitness locations I've been to. They always seem to have someone walking around and cleaning, someone at the desk to check you in and/or schedule massage beds/chairs, tanning rooms, etc...plenty of tvs, lots of workout machines, plenty of spaceto move around, and everything is organized well.

Very spacious with plenty of equipment. Downfall, many cleaning stations were without paper towels to wipe down machines.

The facility is excellent; however, too small for the number of people that visit. I had an issue, and nobody has been able to help me with my membership. I decided to change gym and do not regret it. I am still waiting to cancel my membership because they haven't been able to take any of my forms of payment. I can't pay online either because their app says error when I try to pay. I have tried multiple ways to pay with no luck.

Location is great. Ratio of people and machines overall is perfect. Only gripe is the cleanliness. Trash is seen everywhere. Bathrooms mirrors are always dirty with trash all over the place! Would have been 5 stars if not for that.

Always a clean calm environment to get in a workout. They have all the basic equipment. Still won’t give 5 stars until they bring in some free weights for bench. Other than that, great place.
