Highly recommend. Abilities has been a great place for my daughter to attend. They have always been good to her and she's always excited to come and learn. This place isn't overcrowded and they help all the kids individually. Their annual membership allows the children to stay for multiple practices in a row so long as the kids can hang in the more advanced classes.

Brought my daughter for her 10 AM class on Saturday. It was 10:05 when the coach sent her back to me to say that class hasn't started yet because the 2 coaches were working on the previous class even though one coach could have started her class already. Needless to say I was very upset and I complained. I am not paying money for her just to start Late on behalf of their laziness. Also they are very short staffed for way too many students and it's a safety hazard. Also the coaches are not even certified to perform the tasks

The manager is very helpful, as well as their head coach who is kind and professional. Their customer service is a definite 5. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 stars because the students lacked discipline. The eldest student was not paying attention at all(she even had her phone out), while the youngest student was the most focused student.

Poor customer service. Poor air conditioner (perfect place for bacteria to grow; hot and humid). Under staffed. My daughters were scheduled for a trial class. The day of the class I called to confirm the time. We arrived early and waited and waited, nothing. No one was out front to check in with. Finally, as we were walking out someone decided to to say, “thank you, goodbye”. We clarified that we were scheduled for a trial class and she was so lost, and proceeded to blame someone else for misinforming me about the time of the class. Overall, it was just a bad experience and left a bad first impression.
