Best place ever! I love the staff because they work with their members and actually care for their health. Glenn the manager is always nice and greets everyone who comes in. Never been at a gym where the staff is friends and supporters of their memebers.

If you aren't being trained by one of their trainers you're treated like a second class citizen. Trainers bring all their clients in at pretty much the same time and hog the whole training area. Then they have the nerve to put up cones and tell you tou can't work out there if a class is going on.

Great place to come work out. Now with the expansion of the building, it has plenty of space and the machines are well placed and even has a nice view to the the street from the new space. Staff is very friendly, and the people are very respectful. Cleanliness is amazing, even at midnight you will not have issues with the cleanliness.
