El Paso Gymnastics offers a variety of gymnastics classes tailored for children, including options for homeschoolers and those interested in Ninja classes. The facility has knowledgeable and friendly coaches like Coach Selina and Coach Gabriel, who foster a fun and engaging environment. They also provide numerous events and clinics, as well as 'Kids Night Out,' which is a hit among parents needing a date night. Several reviews highlight the significant improvements in children's coordination and confidence.
However, some parents noted issues like overcrowded classes, dim lighting, and high staff turnover affecting their children's experiences. Additionally, there were concerns about inconsistent discipline and unfair treatment in certain situations. Despite these drawbacks, many parents appreciate the flexibility of trying classes before committing, reasonable pricing, and the active role coaches take in their children's progress.

We tried out a homeschool gymnastics class for free. Was impressed with their professionalism. It was easy to get an appointment. The class started exactly on time. The instructor gave personalized feedback to each parent after class. Temperatures were taken before class and masks were worn the whole time. The price per child was reasonable ($49).

My child has been with Gymnastics Elite West since she was 18 months old. We absoutely love it. The coaches frequently update me on how my child is doing and the staff is great! I wouldn't go elsewhere!

This review is based off of my experience of my daughter being enrolled In the jumping jellybeans program on Saturdays for two years.I would have to say overall my experience was negative. The coaches were often stand-offish and seemed like they were lacking patience with the kids. If your child is not disciplined enough or doesn’t listen well, your child will be kicked around between different coaches. The gym on Saturdays often seemed overcrowded with too many programs going on at once. This creates lots of distractions thus creating a distracted child. The gym was very dark and gloomy. I felt that it was incredibly uninspiring and definitely in need of more light. The parking is also terrible and if you didn’t arrive 15-20 minutes before the class starts, you as a parent would end up not being able to find good seats or let alone a seat at all.Coaches that work there often quit creating high turnover and confusion as I would not know who to talk to about my daughters progress. The coaches were also behind on updating skills in the skill chart which was frustrating as this was supposed to be an interface for parents to keep track of their child’s progress in the program. My suggestions for the owner and management would be to reduce turnover and to increase the size of facilities. I would also suggest using brighter colors, lighting and more windows.

My Daughter attended Gymnastics and All-Star Cheer at Gymnastics Elite West, and the only thing I can say is if you need more stress and confusion in your life then this is the place to go. When my daughter first started at Elite she did Gymnastics and Tumbling classes there were no issues, and my daughter loved going to class. My daughter started All Star Cheer in January and since then it has been nothing but downhill from there. Parents paid a booster fee to get items for the Cheer team and that includes a backpack with my daughter's name on it that was never done, shirts for parents with my daughter's name on it and that was never done. The billing was completely messed up when their manager left, charged three times in one month, and being accused several times that I had not made a payment when in fact I had to provide my bank statement more than twice to get the credit to my daughter's account. Then comes the issues with coaches, being talked down to and yelled at and being told what my daughter can and can not do at another gym because the cheer coach did not want another coach help my daughter, so she gets yelled at. My daughter did gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling we were there more then we were at home. This business claims always about fun when a 10-year-old goes and have fun and it stuck between two grown men fighting about helping her with the same thing is ridiculous and uncalled for and plain immature! The owner confronted the said coach and then he retaliated against a 10-year-old, and me for " making the owner yell at him. When I told the owner of the issues I am told " they have had issues in the past with the said coach" so it takes a 10-year-old crying and leaving a team for the owner to do something about this coach? Pretty sad when employees of the gym sends me a text apologizing for the coach's actions and the outcome of the entire situation. My opinion is to go to a different GYM unless you want a headache and problems for your child to have fun! The best thing about this place was meeting certain coaches that do care about the kids and truly love their job instead of coaches competing with each other on who is going to help a child. Poorly ran gym and more so poorly customer service from the owner himself.
