This gym has been renovated since last time I was here. Clean gym . New machines . Well maintain not like the one at montwood. I wish i live in the area to make this my gym

Great gym ! Have been going there for years , love the daycare and staff ! Paragon is the cleanest and best organized of all EP fitness in El Paso they just need to be on top of people to clean the machines after they use it !

EDITThe gym has recently gone to the hands of another company and I still don't know where it is headed. That being said, I'm sure it's still the same patrons and the atmosphere will still be friendly :).Hands down the best of all EP locations. The employees (as well as patrons) have great gym etiquette (putting away dumbells, weights, cleaning machines, et cetera). Definitely a great place to work out!

Awesome Place to go workout, Great environment and friendly staff! every time i walk in i get a courteous hello! : ) I don't know what these other reviews are talking about because the staff and Brianna the manager are always helpful with issues I have came across. These inconsequential reviews come from people that keep their mouth shout and go home and click on a couple buttons to feel good about themselves. :/

This legit is the filthiest and unsanitary gym I've ever been in. Also, no one puts away the dumbbells so u'll have to wander around looking for them. Lastly, they require a one year contract, they'll charge an additional "maintenance" fee of $50 once a year, to cancel ur membership u have to send a certified letter through the mail, and if u cancel before ur year contract they'll charge u a $65 cancelation fee.

Unfortunately this place has bad personnel in place that do not do much to help out the members i.e. Case in point when a supervisor is not around certain individuals purposely play loud and profane music "Rap music," with foul language. Also, a member had his keys momentarily stolen instead of announcing over the intercom that a member had his keys momentarily stolen and removed 2 staff members sat on their behinds and told the member "to bad there was nothing that they could do." Lastly, the personnel has a me 1st attitude as the Hispanic Female manager who goes by the name Brianna has a hard time being honest and forthright. One member on certain occasions has heard her speak badly about other members and sometimes will say hello and other times refuses to be friendly or acknowledged certain members that are not up to her standards..This is all very upsetting but true. 🙄😥🤐

Love this west location!!! I think it’s the cleanest, most organized and versatile than others. The staff is always friendly and busy. I’m a fan of their classes, daycare, and massage chairs. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t agree with all the negative reviews about cancelling. My boyfriend had a hard time cancelling his membership in the past. They would gladly get my 5 stars if they offered a family membership and had a sauna.

The meme was right. The way their membership is set up and the way they handle it is to make it almost impossible to cancel it. I had completed the year in the contract and I mailed them the form they make you fill out through "certified mail". Then, I waited 30 days after they received it so they could "process it". Even after all of that, they kept charging me for the suscription.Also, when I was still a member, I called them before my next membership payment to tell them that I was replacing my debit card and gave them the new card info. Two weeks after, they tell me that my card was declined and that I have to pay a late payment fee. They were trying to charge my old debit card. When I explained the situation, all they said, "Do you remember who you spoke to?".Employees must be incompetent by choice and owners extremely greedy people. Cheap gym, not enough dumbbells and horrendous customer experience. I am glad it's over... I think.
