Definitely one of the better gyms in El Paso. It’s always so clean and the staff is so nice and helpful!

This place deserves a one star only...I had a membership for 3 months with no contract, no papers were signed, no paperwork whatsoever (which I thought that was very odd) I kept getting charged extra every month. This place is very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do better.

Adequate for most individuals who wish to knockout a thorough routine. A shortage of certain weight plates and hygienic supplies have always been a ongoing problem. The biggest issue is the hate music blasting from the overheads. Normally personal earbuds could drown it out but the volume the garbage is played at defeats that purpose. If this business wishes/condones that type of oppressive message played for its members than at least play something with a structured beat to it.

I really like this gym! I’ve gone really early between 6 and 7 am. There’s a guy that shows up with his dog! The first time I saw guy with his dog, the dog was quiet. Second time, I walked in and i smelled a foul odor then realized OHH that where the foul smell was coming from. It did smell like stinky wet dog! Then, fig kept barking and barking and barking! Very disruptive when one tries to dedicate some time to oneselve! Not a peaceful environment early in the morning. Is the dog owner the business owner? I wonder? By the way this is no service dog!

Reported to BBBI cancelled my membership. They continued to debit my bank account. I let it go for one month thinking it was because I emailed my cancellation request after a cut off date. My account continued to get debited membership dues. I called more than a dozen times and left messages to no avail.I filed a claim through the Better Business Bureau, BBB. I sent a copy of my cancellation request to the BBB, included in the email was company’s email address, time and date.The BBB has tried to contact this gym. Letters were sent and phone calls have been ignored by this company to the BBB. ThE BAR FITNESS has yet to answer any of my calls and emails to cancel my membership along with BBB’s letters and emails.It seems this gym has a history of doing this devious tactic of not cancelling memberships for customers. Other people have reported in their review of Bar Fitness that they don’t like to cancel people’s membership so they can continue collecting membership dues.I cancelled my membership because the gym was subpar. It is a small gym. There is hardly any room between equipment. Kids work out at night with hardly any clothes on. The place is disgusting and unsanitary.

Great place to workout and great customer service as well!! Me and my girlfriend needed a short term membership and the owner really help us out! Very clean and everyone is super nice. If you need a gym the bar fitness is where it is at!!

Nice gym , till you try to cancel . I had no contract (witch is a bit more expensive ) imagine my surprise when I go cancel the day my membership was due and they tell me I have to give them a 30 day notice to cancel . That's sounds like hidden fees or a very nasty fine print, they took my key card and told me the owner would contact me to work something out . I was just charged the monthly fee and a late fee , paring it up with the fact I wasn't expecting to see that charge (because I was expecting a call from the owner) the banck just over drafted my account making this "non contract no hidden fees " plan I was on cost me close to $100 and a freeze on that back acc .

Recently went back. Due to the fact I missed workout out at a private gym. The gym it self has improved tremendously. The staff seems alot nicer and very welcoming. If I wasn’t so hard headed I would definitely go back.

The Bar Fitness is exceptional! I needed a short term membership and Miguel, one of the owners, was extremely accommodating! I appreciate that he personally took the time to reach out and ensure that we were all set! The facility is very clean and has everything you could possible need. It isn’t crowded and everyone is nice and welcoming. I also have to compliment Mario at the front desk because he is hard working and has always been great when we come in. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to get a good work out in. The owners truly care about their customers and provide an ideal environment to assure the best workout experience possible. 🏋🏽‍♀️
