I have struggled for years with my health. Just a few months ago I found out I was prediabetic and it really killed my spirit. I knew I needed to make a change and that it wasn't going to be easy. Having to find the strength, discipline and motivation to change your entire lifestyle is a commitment. One that i am glad I decided to take action on. When my sister asked me if I wanted to do a six week challenge at TKFit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to join but I said hey it can only benefit me right?I am currently halfway through the challenge and I feel great, I have more energy, my sugar levels are controlled my eating habits have improved and though it's been difficult, with the help of the trainers at TK fit I am able to accomplish one goal at a time one step at a time.They have encouraged me to be proud of every accomplishment even the small ones and have pushed me to become a better version of myself. Trainer Kai is always available to answer your questions and helps understand why our body is reacting the way it is. These full body workouts are only 30minutes long. Trust me they are intense. Trainer John has made an impact in my journey with his high energy, patience and awesome playlists I wake up for my morning workout excited for another session.I recommend TKFit for anyone looking for change in their life.If I can do it, so can you!

The trainers are beyond motivating. They will push you to your limits and then some. High energy very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’ve done similar training when I lived away from El Paso but hands down this has been my best experience yet!! Definitely recommend you to join and get a great, safe , and very effective workout. Regardless of your physical fitness level they will get you in shape and definitely make your body transform in what you always wanted to look like.

Workouts are intense but so worth it. Lasting only 30minutes every session, you target every part of the body. Your energy levels skyrocket, giving you stamina to go throughout the day. All trainers are amazing! Their guidance & motivation definitely helps you not give up. Overall the best life changing experience ever!

I am a doctor and I will say that's TKfit fitness program is a good first step on your path to physical fitness. Awesome energy that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there! I’m on week four of the six week challenge & it’s been a good experience so far. The trainers are all nice & they push you to do your best. The recipes provided for the meals you eat every week have been really yummy! This has jump started my fitness journey & I’m glad I’m doing this challenge regardless if I succeed in this challenge or not. I recommend everyone to try this gym, you will love how you feel.

I highly recommend this gym to any one that is serious about transforming their body and see quick results. I started on a 6 week challenge and it has been a fantastic experience plus I have seen very positive results in only 1 week. Trainer Kai and his great team of trainers have kept me very motivated throughly the process. The members there are also great people that encourage you and motivate you in the classes.
