Nice area for bjj but mma area is a hallway, very awkward payment system, subscription based with hold fees, about 94 a week for full gym which is almost 4x what other gyms in the area are, both striking classes were about 90% beginners on their free week. No showers, no weights, open locker room, single bathroom, very underwhelming for the price. Very personal opinion, staff was lovely, equipment was in good shape and it was clean.

I love this place. The coaches are all amazing and really do their best to teach you. Coach Villy is the best coach I have ever had in all my years training. Professor Patterson is the owner and he has created a fantastic and helpful atmosphere here. Everyone here is positive and helps each other out. If you want to improve as a martial artists, you will here. If you want to lose weight, you will here as well. The prices are fair as well. Not too cheap but not too expensive either.

(Writing this on a throw away account) The BJJ classes put more focus and emphasis on rolling. Depending on the instructor more than half of the class is live rolls, and there isn't much room for learning or drilling technique. Honestly if they shifted focus to drills and technique and called more attention to form it would be so much better and people wold learn a lot more. I understand people find rolling to be more enjoyable and they want to get their moneys worth, but the lessons should be centered around practicing drills and learning new things. Also Jamal no offense but, when it comes to you showing your students a move or positions or something you should really put more effort into it. Just demonstrating it twice and leaving it at that isn't doing us much good.

Not a fan. Wasn’t treated with respect or dignity there. The owner definitely plays favorites and I wasted my time.
