The good first. Clean gym with everything you need for combat/bjj training(imho). The main guy seems students oriented, professional and knowledgeable.Now my experience. I got injured 10 minutes into my first practice. I am a pro athlete(though not in combat sports). I have tons of coaching experience. Therefore, here are my questions.1. What happened to a warmup? Even just a simple, short full body prepping workout?2. I had 0 experience in any wrestling. I specifically mention that. I received NO introduction, NO safety rules, NO basics nothing. Does that sound right to you?3. How do you make a person with ABSOLUTELY NO experience in his/her first minutes wrestle in pairs and work on throws(or whatever that was)?My case is an example of a 100% preventable accident. It took me 5 years to convince myself to sign up for a combat practice. But because of this absolutely unprofessional approach I am not coming back. I am sure you don't care but in my face at least you lost a long term client.

This place is a straight up scam. $399 deposit for a “Free 42 day challenge” in which they basically pinky promise you’ll get your $399 back after the 42 days. There is absolutely nothing in writing stating this. I was charged $399 before I signed any kind of deposit agreement. Which come to find out there is no such agreement. Don’t do it! I was told that my card would not be charged until I sign agreements in my email. I did not receive any agreements and my card was charged. I now have to waste my time waiting to dispute this charge.

Amazing staff and training; you can get the basics anywhere but to really train you have to invest in yourself. The coaches here earn it every day and give that return back to you 10x with their energy, excitement and expertise! Can’t recommend them enough to anyone of any level to take it to the next level!

This place is awesome. The instructors and members are knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a place to get some additional sessions throughout the month and my instructor recommended this academy. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. I will definently be coming back.
