Best MMA/Muay Thai academy loved it. Jamal is great very knowledgeable, respectful and very passionate about teaching the art to his students. The classes were challenging but pushed you to work hard to get you stronger and better. Staff was nice and all the people i worked out with were very friendly. Jamal also understood my situation and without any questions asked cancelled my membership it was a breeze. Please don't hesitate to join this academy if you want to learn to fight, for self defense or just to get back in shape. Thank you Sir.

What is your policy on refunds? Why when someone decides during initial trial period that they are not satisfied with your services, you refuse to issue a refund sir?

I started training at Allstar in November of 2018 and couldn’t be happier. I come now between 2-4x a week and plan on it for years to come. The staff are extremely helpful and Jamal the owner is awesome.

Turning 35 I realized it was about time I learned how to defend myself after I ended up on the wrong end of a couple situations that I could not avoid. I googled BJJ places and decided upon Allstar because of all the positive reviews. I had no expectations and figured I'd probably quit within a week because I have no wrestling or fighting background, i hate strangers touching me, and I never wore a gi before (I knew I would hate that). My motivation was strictly out of necessity; not interest in the sport.I was surprised when I did not hate the first couple classes. I was surprised at how much enthusiasm and attention the instructors and other participants showed me from day 1 even though for all they knew I would never walk through those doors again. No one laughed when I could not do the forward roll in warm up or even figure out how to tie my belt. The foundation class structure is perfect for someone who has no idea what they're doing. The 45 minute class length flies by leaving you wanting more rather than leaving you defeated. It's very easy to become obsessed because the atmosphere at Allstar is so positive and the class schedule seems endless. The staff lineage and level of skill is mind blowing. There's no other sport where you can literally walk out of a costco, cross the street, walk into a training facility with 0 experience or knowledge, and be welcomed with open arms by UFC and other professional athletes. That level of access does not exist in other sports, but it's just a regular Monday at Allstar.I wish I found this place sooner.
