The front girls are very friendly. The cleaning lady Jennifer is a doll and is always very encouraging you to keep at it. Makes you feel good when someone acknowledges your hard work. Sometimes we need to hear that, good at cleaning gym also always stops to smile. Love her.

This location is the cleanest, nicest looking out of the other locations. Staff always welcomes you with a hello and a smile. The entire crew, as far as I've seen, is always willing to help. Lots of space to move around. You never feel like you are on top of another person!

I’ve been going to this gym for about 6 -7 months. The staff is nice but it’s impossible to talk to management. I had a wonderful trainer named Chris who was stripped away with no warning. I felt confident in his skills and built a relationship with him. I am 7 months postpartum and he respected my boundaries. I tried to call the gym the manager never called me back or the district manager. I will be canceling my training sessions in the future, hopefully they take into consideration clients concerns.

Well for me I normally go Wright after work and if any of you know that after a 12-14 hr work day and then a 1-2 hr workout the simplest thing like a smile will totally make your day thanks staff for being the way you are👍🏽great gym definitely will recommend… …

The music they play after 7pm is heavy metal . It gets boring, every night the same same same music. Music to stress you out more than pump you. They should cater to all music genres. They should have at least one more zumba class, instructor to change it up. Some kickboxing is greatly needed. They don't make the gym more appealing. Best we got in Bayonne.I guess.

The only reason I joined Retro was for the training program they offered. This was my first time having a trainer and it was totally worth it. I've been training with Jasmine for 7 months now and she is the best and thanks to her I have learned alot about working out the right way. She is very experienced and has trained alot herself. She is so patient with me and has become an important person in life as she is my mentor. She is a trainer at the Bayonne location!

Staff keep the gym clean. Would've given it 5 stars, but the issue is when machines break, they stay broken for months. Some are in need of repair. Overall a good gym.

Bayonne Been coming here for years bicycles Treadmill always broken no fixing I'm disgusted. And it's getting worse. All bicycles broken Treadmill timer minute broken. I come here to work out and go to work and it seems like I lose a lot of time because of broken machine.

Gym is pretty clean. It has everything I need to strength train, do some cardio and stretch, without bumping into other members. No complaints here!

Front desk friendliness is always a great start to my workout. Clean facilities and consistent temperature are a plus. The entire crew, as far as I've seen, is always willing to help.
