Online it said Free seven day trial. In person Matt says no,not since Covid. I signed up with a friend paid for two memberships in full for the year. Two weeks later that friend and I realized how awful this gym was. I brought our concerns to Matt several times. He told me they don’t do refunds usually but he would talk to the owners and get back to me. Several weeks later still has not gotten back to me even though I brought this up to him several times. Working out at this gym is impossible! you will constantly have someone’s butt in your face or someone completely invading your space. What’s worse is the trainers will conduct classes in the walkways if there’s no room on the floor. I’ve seen it over and over again it’s ridiculous. Matt clearly never had any intentions on bringing up my concerns and never had any intentions on actually trying to solve any issues! Way to make people feel like just a number buddy!!!great gym you’re running

Go to planet fitness instead and thank me later this place is a scam they charge so much extra for things you can get them by paying only 10$ monthly in planet fitness
