I highly recommend getting out your smart phone, tablet or computer and giving online Yoga Nidra a try. Prior to the "shelter in place", I had only experienced Yoga Nidra and its benefits in person at Breathing Space. The online practice was very peaceful. I felt the calm in Jill's voice and experienced full body relaxation in the comfort of my own home. It was pure bliss!

This is what we all need right now, to stop and breathe! Jill is absolutely wonderful, she knows what she is doing, is always prepared and above all is passionate about her work. Her voice is a pleasure to listen to and I was amazed how in a short amount of time, I truly felt less stress, more relaxed and peaceful. It helped me clear my mind and think more clearly. She is also excellent with kids and I was able to have her work with my 10 year old on being more mindful and reducing anxiety. I highly recommend Breathing Space.

I have attended Yoga Nidra sessions at Breathing Space for a few years now and have been delighted receiving whatever it is I need whether that's getting connected to myself, realizing and manifesting dreams or better sleep. I was always able to stay awake and aware with the ankle touch Jill always seems to do in the nick of time. I was surprised however, that I was able to experience relief from chronic discomfort in my back, arms, neck (probably due to stress from our new existence) even though I fell asleep during the online sessions. As usual, I got exactly what i needed even though I wasn't consciously seeking pain reliefš So very grateful.

Jill has such a welcoming environment that you can come, lay down, relax, and just breathe for an hour. I am able to work the schedule in between giving so much energy to my clients so that I would not experience burn out or exhaustion. I refer all my clients to incorporate yoga Nidra with Jill In their overall health routine practice to complement with my services.Personally, without Jill, I was able to relieve and unravel my back compression that was built from years of neglect. I also found that with her guidance I can reduce my anxiety significantly. I am able to drop all unused energy I have picked up throughout the day and leave it on my mat.I have brought my restless husband in and he was able to calm down and surrender to her voice. He felt how calming and peaceful her space is and said, āI would be open to trying that moreā. Spoken from a man who is up from sunrise to sundown moving.During COVID the whole house was able to plug in and relax to her session at the comfort of home and have her voice wash the anxieties and uncertainties away.After my motherās surgery, Jill has created a soothing audio recovery to help her sleep and heal. My mom says her voice is soothing and she loves having the audio to help her. Day in and day out I heard my mom say how she was having trouble sleeping and her shoulder was in pain. I finally thought, Jill could help guide my mom to recovery and support me like she always has with other clients. I wish I had the audio sooner. My mom is finally having a positive outlook with recovery.Thank you Jill for being close and afar but still so available in every way to support me, my clients, and my family. I am eternally grateful for the healing you provide.

Jill is amazing! Her meditations are pure medicine. I've done her in person and online offerings and all have been profound, healing journeys. Jill truly cares for her clients, friends, and colleagues. She goes above and beyond for them and I highly highly recommend her. Thank you Jill!!!

Amazing! I highly recommend giving this a try especially those who are stressed out and have trouble sleeping. I'm one day removed from my first session but I still feel the benefits. I'm more relaxed, less stressed, less irritable. Life just seems to flow more easily.

I highly recommend the Yoga Nidra classes held here. Jillās voice is so relaxing and I left feeling so peaceful and rested. She has a lot of blankets and other props to help you get completely relaxed. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you for offering this to the community. They have some free classes too!
