New gym. It's a clean, friendly, open space. Has a 3 lane lap pool. Equipment is new, although for some reason the heart rate monitor on most of the treadmills don't work for some reason.

I don’t recommend management is very annoying, every time I walk in I have to talk to a sales rep. They turned working out into a sales pitch all I wanna do is workout. Canceling my membership asap thanks for ruining my workout

Just joined this gym on a whim after visiting my haircut place nearby (QCUTS). Coach Garret gave me a quick tour cause he knew I was on a time crunch and showed me all the amenitities of the gym. He was super thorough with explaining everything and everything is super clean cause they're a new gym. The pool was spotless! You can get a discounted membership through health insurance too if they participate in Active&Fit. Highly recommend this gym if you are in the hunt for a gym membership!

MALE staff members need’s major customer service training. Myself and my 6 friends switched from cali fitness to city sports. Worst decision ever. Gym is new and nice. It’s the staff members itself. From telling people “ you should be glad i let you workout here” to straight up walking up to gym members harassing and threatening them. I witnessed a incident on Friday 9.15.23 noon by 3 male members of staff harassing man who was working out alone. I overheard everything and I’m willing to witness for the guy I also recorded the whole incident video if he needs it for legal purposes. I’m looking for distract management information please share.Stay away from this gym.

I recently joined after going to CalFit in the past 4 years. The facility is well built with modern equipment and spaces designed with natural light, and there's plenty of equipment during peak hours.A shoutout to Garrett - the man really helpful throughout the process. I check out the gym at the end of July and not sure if I want to make a change because the gym doesn't sauna. But he makes sure that I don't miss any promotion and always check with me if I am still interested in the club. To be honest, I probably not going here if he didn't reach out to me with promotions.

I like this gym because is near my house and the price isn’t too bad, new and lot of machines but I’ve noticed there are lot of machines getting broke down and they just stand with a paper on it. They seem to be very slow fixing machines and there are exercises I can’t do because of those machines broken for almost 3 weeks. I’m looking at other gyms near and might have to jump the ship.

Great gym. Nice staff. If you pick the right times, everything you need is available including lap pool. I feel very comfortable there

A+++ Customer service, friendly staff and super fresh all around. Definitely one of the top places in the area to lock in and have a good gym session. Big thank you to Robert & Martin for taking care of me and being so welcoming on my 1st day! Joining the club was a smooth and easy process. Super stoked to continue my fitness journey at CSEG and make progress with the community!

New guy jumps in gymnastics industries in Elk Grove. All equipment grand new. That's Great.

Be careful when you join this place. The first they explain that when my family join in member , we will pay everything $328.89 include annual fee for 4 people with state worker discount. So, two weeks late they took $98 on my bank. So i called them, and they said that time we did not pay for annual fee. They are so lied.
