Elk Grove Fieldhouse

Fieldhouse is a small gym feel where you really get a fitness family. The workout is different everyday so it constantly challenges you. I’ve never been interested in CrossFit but the coaches have always been amazing at starting me at a level I felt good with and getting me stronger and fitter. It teaches you new fun ways to feel stronger and healthier. Do it! The pictures are of how it started and how it’s going ❤️

I have been going here since I moved to Elk Grove in 2019 . I love coming here because the coaches are great . They know when to push you and you can workout at your own pace . No judgement and the people at the gym are so friendly . Totally recommend this place

Best gym in all of Elk Grove! More than just a gym! The coaches are amazing. They really work with you to discover your goals and do all they can to assist you in achieving them. The environment is very supportive, regardless of your skill level or age. Gym members are more like family and everyone is invested in each other's success. EGFH is truly a one stop shop with group classes, 1:1 personal sessions, nutrition coaching, crossfit, weightlifting and The Athletic Training Room which offers recovery methods like cupping, massage and chiropractic care. I highly recommend joining Elk Grove Fieldhouse. Best gym in Elk Grove!!!

Amazing gym! All the coaches here rock they have so much knowledge to pass on and they have fun doing it! The members make the gym feel like family! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I started at Elk Grove Field House almost 5 months ago and have made incredible gains in my strength and wellness. The community and comrodery is absolutely the best! No judgement, only support for improvements from everyone, not just the coaches. There are fun challenges and events frequently. So thankful I found this hidden gem of a gym!

My gym family, my refuge, my escape. I’ve always been a runner and lifted weights off and on, but it was not motivating and became boring. I joined this gym 2 years ago, and I can now do things I never thought I’d be able to. Rope climb, push-ups, pull-ups, double unders, and box jumps, just to name a few. I’ve learned every type of weight lifting and power lifting skills. Coaches Josh and Rachel are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. 💜💜

Amazing gym! The coaches are very supportive and will challenge you to push yourself. The workouts are well written and are flexible for all levels. You get to workout with fun friends in a safe place. Come join us at 500 am for an incredible workout and plenty of laughs!

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and am pretty happy w/ my experience. The coaches are personable/knowledgeable and can cater to any experience level. The members here are welcoming and encouraging (esp. in group classes). And for those who just want to put on their headphones and “do their thing,” one can do so pretty easily. The gym has no shortage of fitness equipment and experienced staff. I say if you are seriously contemplating getting into better shape, you owe it to yourself to at least try a free class and see what this place is all about. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
