It was supposed to be a place I could have some me time but instead I was bullied by a huge woman the size of a giant and was pretty much pushed out of my sauna room with no staff there to help I felt so uncomfortable and so violated as I was still working out and this big woman came in and stared me up and down and gave me the look of death I was terrified and never wanted to go back. Spoke to manager but it was never made right and on top of that after canceling they still was charging me 86-156 a month and I spent over 1000 dollars for 3 works outs. Of 15-30 min and the other think is the rooms smell very bad if you have to go in after another person was working out it would smell super bad. I’m still kicking myself in the you know what for deciding to come to this nightmare of a business.

Please be aware of their wrong business practice .. I went there for one month of service and they started it and now keep charging me every month even when I haven’t signed any contract. I had called and asked them to cancel but no one is responsive and not taking care.

Love this place. They have a variety of classes and you can go at ANYTIME. It’s open 24 hours, works great with my busy work schedule. The manager Tyrone is awesome ! Always very friendly and willing to help with anything including some free weight workouts 🙂 …

I went to Elk Grove Hotworx with my girlfriend to try it out for the first time. I am hooked! Great facility, excellent cardio, quick in and out, great people. I felt very taken care of and excited to go back!
