A fun and welcoming place to get fit. He has helped me to increase both my strength and flexibility which makes everything in my life easier. He uses a variety of fitness techniques to make workouts both challenging and fun. Boredom is not an option!

Been going here for almost 3years now and it’s great, if you’re ready and willing to put in the work to get where you wanna be Darrell is definitely the person to see. He does it all from boxing, running to weights. He’s super motivating and will push you to greatness. He keeps it fun and hyped up even on his bad days, never a dull moment.
