The Serenity Space opened just in time to help me add meditation and peace to my routine. As a regular participant in the Sound and Gong Bath Meditations for over a year now, I have found the atmosphere to the be calming, peaceful and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and I feel like a welcomed "regular". The store offers beautiful crystals and informative books that I have purchased as gifts and for myself. I feel so lucky that this "gem" of space is available to help me with my spiritual wellness!

The Serenity Space hosted a private group session for our agency and each and every participant had an amazing experience. Many of those who participated had never meditated, nor experienced a sound bath. The overwhelming consensus was that the space was beautiful and the session was peaceful, relaxing and healing in ways that most of us didn’t realize that we needed as individuals and as a team. This who participated all said they would desire to return and have expressed desired to incorporate meditation practices in their daily lives as a result of the amazing service and space provided. We are a diverse group of race, cultures and religious beliefs and all felt included, welcomed and comfortable in the space. We will certainly return again! I encourage anyone consider this experience to give it a try. This was my second time in the sound bath sessions and both times were amazing experiences for myself, personally as well. Thanks so much Serenity Space Team!

My wife and I have wanted to do a sound bath for a long time and we are so happy that we found this place. Extremely relaxing and something we will definitely be back for. Can’t wait to try the sound therapy mixed with vibrations.

I love Dana and Athena’s classes. Such a great mix of stretching, strengthening (especially those killer ab sets) and relaxation. As a physical therapist I wholeheartedly recommend yoga and the Serenity Space

I had attended Yoga and Sounbath session. The space was beautifully set, the personnel is very welcoming, with good vibes. The store is beautiful and has accessible prices. I returned home calm, relaxed and full of crystals! I also follow them on instagram to keep track of their coming events and products!

I have fallen in love! I have a VERY hard time shutting my brain down and am always on the go as a mom, wife and business owner. I went to Serenity Space today to do the meditation gong bath and was able to finally let go. They also have a cute area with jewelry, crystals, books and candles that make great presents. I can’t wait to go back and try the vibration table.
