Unleashed Cycle Studio

What a great atmosphere and super encouraging group of instructors!! I have taken several classes here and just participated in a challenge and always left feeling accomplished! Great place get your sweat on and have fun doing it!!

Great workout! It's not my favorite sort of spinning class, but the instructors and riders are all a supportive group of people. The classes are more about RPM and resistance and less about the music. But challenging, nonetheless. They don't provide shoes, so either bring your sneakers or your own spinning shoes. They use the Kleo pedals and not Delta so if you bring your own spin shoes make sure they are compatible (though it's very affordable to buy the clip and screw it on yourself). Facilities also include shower, a kitchenette and weights/TRX gym (which I think you need to pay extra to use, but there are combo classes where half the class is spinning and half the class is circuit/weight training). Minus one star for: not having enough of this information on their website, and not having rubber mats which I think is dangerous for people who wear spin shoes. Also, I wish the would start playing music while we set up and get ready. I've never been to a spin studio that didn't and now that I don't have the music I realize how motivating the music is to get you in the mood to move!

I have a new love for spinning thanks to unleashed. As a road cyclist I thought indoor cycling would be boring. Boy was I wrong! All of the instructors are great! They motivate and keep the music going. It's very interactive and fun. I loved Unleashed Cycle Studio!

This is the place to be! Top of the line bikes and the instructors are amazing! They make you feel comfortable and let you ride at your own pace. They motivate you to push harder! If you haven't checked Unleashed out yet you're missing out!

How much fun is this place!?!?!Engaging, upbeat and positive.My wife and I recently joined to give ourselves a reason to push during the winter and boy do we push! It's fed our motivation and even helped blossom new motivation. After just a month we are both feeling more energy, more strength and more excitement for the next class.The instructors and athletes that train here feed off of each other so well. Dynamic workouts, engaging instruction and motivation keeps you turning the pedals over and pushing the watts. Unleashed has so many different instructors, styles and workouts that it's hard not to find the ideal workout here!

It's been a long time since I found a workout that keeps me coming back, but Unleashed Cycle Studio is it! I love the positive vibes from the minute you walk in the door and the fact that no ride is ever the same. All the instructors I've had have been great but I have to give a special shout out to Deseree, her fun upbeat rides and great music keep me movtivated and coming back each week!! Thanks to everyone at Unleashed for providing such an awesome environment!!

Although this is the only place I have attended spin I still believe it's the best around! Great instructors, who are all upbeat and very encouraging! They push you to be your best. Easy location right off 99, top of the line bikes, in a clean gym. Using the "MINDBODY" app for easy scheduling. I would recommend Unleashed to anyone!

No matter what fitness level you're at, you can challenge yourself and get an awesome workout in! I am an instructor here and I love motivating people to push themselves a little harder than they thought they could!

Knowledge staff who made me feel very comfortable for my first spin class and definitely will return! The room is amazing, they lower the lights, the bikes are custom top of the line and I was able to sync my polar watch to the bike to keep my daily count of my calories and fat burn. I really just love this place and they attention they give to all their clients!
