VALOR Training Center - Elk Grove Branch

We signed up our son at VTC 6 months ago for Muay Thai and we are so glad we did it because not only did it boost our son's self-confidence, it also helped with his focus and best of all, he is having fun. The instructors are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We highly recommend VTC and we have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Valor Training Center is a fantastic place to be able to start and continue growth in Muay Thai. Coach Jesse, Angel, and Cecil are top notch instructors that not only help teach Teens/Adults but also help push you to be better

Valors Muay Thai Elk Grove is absolutely the best Muay Thai program around!!! I have been training here for about four months and I absolutely love it! I just turn 57 years old and needed something to challenge me to stay in shape and intrigue my mind. All of the staff the are amazing!! From Patrick the owner and head instructor, and other assistant instructors are so helpful and inspirational at the same time. I have leant so much and feel like I am grown g in leaps and bounds. I hate missing any classes because I know I am going to miss something new and challenging. This is a great school and I highly recommend anyone to send their child, teenagers and you as an adult should train at Valors Muay Thai Elk Grove. I Love It!!!!

If I can give Valor a ten star. I would. Great coaches and curriculum. Coach Ash, Coach Carlos, and Ms. Bernadette are all awesome with all the kids. They remember each kid by their names. Don't know how they remember, but that is the most important thing in my opinion to being a great center. Family oriented, everyone here is all about helping each other out. Small center but great big heart and great life skills for the kids when they grow up. This center is very inclusive and helps builds kids confidence with speaking up loud and clear when exercising and building their self confidence. Too much good stuff to say about this center. I would recommend this to anyone who wants their kids to be active, healthy, build self confidence, self esteem, and being a part of a huge movement to empower our kids to be independent and thrive in our community. Ten stars to all the coaches and Ms. Bernadette.

My son who is 6 years old didn't hesitate when asked if he would like to leave gymnastics and start muay thai. He's been doing it now for two months and still loves going to class twice a week. He's also shown improvement in just the two months with his self confidence and skills. The coaches are great with the kids which is a big plus! Always using positive encouragement when correcting the kids. So far I have to say it's been a great experience for my son. I would recommend Valor for any parent wanting to initiate their kids into martial arts.

New to the area, we needed a Muay Thai gym to continue our training. With myself, and two of my kids (ages 12 and 10) all active in the culture, it was great to find one location that had expertise in teaching both kids and adults. Also a plus that Kru Pat and the team organize high level competitions worldwide, which has my 12 year old focused on new goals. Great move for us.

My 5 year old son loves going to Valor! He’s been attending since October of 2020 and already has grown so much. Staff is amazing! Quick, responsive, and attentive. The coaches are knowledgeable and extremely patient, especially with the kids. They understand the kids and somehow always manage to keep them engaged, focused and disciplined. I highly recommend Valor Training Center. Come try their free trial classes. You won’t regret it!

This is our new happy place! Coach Carlo and Mr. Ash are amazing instructors. It’s been eye opening to watch all the Tiny Tigers learn and practice their movements, proving how much they have learned in each class and how naturally most of the movements are. It’s always fun watching these kiddos move around being playful yet fierce!

Valor Training Center is life changing. I have trained in other martial arts schools before, but none compare to the quality and care that comes from the coaches and staff members at VTC. This is a family friendly environment and you too can be part it. If you are looking to compete, get fit, and/or learn self defense, this is the place to be. Trust me when I say, this school is so great, that I had literally commuted to Stockton for 3 years prior to them opening their doors in Elk Grove earlier this year. This place is worth the price tag, the gas, and the milage. I'm just lucky enough that this gym is now here in my town. Believe me when I say, Valor can change your life forever.

My daughter and I started together a month ago in Elk Grove and this training is REAL! Being that we're beginners and we don't feel overwhelmed or left out is great! The instructors are really attentive and very motivating! Soreness never felt so inspiring!
