I signed up for YogaSix promotion came in through Facebook to try out the yoga classes. Unfortunately, the promotion of one month, I got dragged for 2 months payment with contract. So remind all of you to read their contract carefully. Also, late fee, no show fee for yoga classes adds more pressure to life schedule, it is not kind of regular gym where you sign up and go there on your schedule with peace of mind. Cal fitness monthly subscription for entire family $116 is way cheaper than YoGaSix one person membership fee $149, also they do offer yoga, zumba classes.YogaSix class tutors were awesome and enjoyed the classes!

I found this place to be a bad choice for a person trying Yoga for the first time. I had heard good things about Yoga from a co-worker so I decided to try it at this place which was s mistake. It’s $10 if you want to try it at this place. It’s a yoga mill, nothing about it is welcoming , you go in, you stretch, you leave. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE EXPERIENCED WITH YOGA. Being a first timer I had no idea what to expect or what to do. There was no orientation other than pointing to where all the towels and blocks are. You are pretty much left on your own to follow along with the class. After trying it I thought it felt pretty good so I signed up for the 2 month minimum to see how it goes. I went to 3 sessions but then I started to notice pain in my wrists and shoulders which obviously were aggravated by my recent Yoga activity. I called the studio to explain my situation and asked if I could either cancel or pause the membership while I figure out my situation. The options were limited, I was basically told you are in a contract and if you want to pause there is a fee. That’s it. Their system won’t allow them to pause unless a monthly fee is paid, there is no override and she can’t do anything about it. I basically wasted my money and can’t make use of what I paid for because of circumstances I did not expect. I went a total of 3 times out of a a potential 60 times over 2 months. I paid $230 for it and they don’t seem willing to accommodate a refund because I injured myself in their studio under the guidance of their instructor. Out of curiosity I called another studio in town to ask about my situation. It’s the one with a smiling family on it. They offered me a FREE session and while there they said I was stretching completely wrong which probably led to my issues. I should have driven a little further out and went to that place first. Avoid Yoga6 unless you are a pro.

Extremely disappointing. Total waste of money. Very limited classes for restore and if you are one minute late they won’t let you in. They will get money from you and they make sure to provide minimum classes. They don’t have any customer number. Front desk stupid girl at Elk Grove location has no answer for anything!!!! Think well before wasting your hard earned money!!!!!

Beware! 3 month contract ended and they wanted me to email 30 days prior to request cancellation and pay for the following month.Just caught on to this! They will grab you out of class before it starts days later after enrolling, to have you sign(in a hurry) a 5x7 form that states their membership guidelines.Wasn’t given a copy of the form or explanation of the membership details like a normal business establishment would. The cleanliness of the floors could have been better. Smelled like sour feet and if you were near a baseboard, you could see several random stands of hair and lint. The fact that they wanted me to pay $116 for another month I wasn’t going to use or potentially risk catching a ringworm in that environment is ridiculous. BEWARE!

It was nice but just keep in mind they do require you to cancel by sending an email and after one month and another fee, your service will finally be cancelled. It does not matter what anyone else there tells you. Just the lady via email.

Y6 is absolutely a wonderful studio to practice! What a fabulous (and much needed) addition to the city of Elk Grove?!! I have been practicing at Y6 since it opened a year ago in February 2022 and I have never been happier. I especially appreciate the variety that is inherent in the Y6 model…it is clear that there is something for EVERYONE whether it is hot yoga, sculpt, or power and even TRX! The studio is extremely clean, the staff is very welcoming (even at 5:30am…which is my preferred class time 😊), and they offer great retail brands for purchase. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and well-skilled with the ability modify accordingly based on the members’ needs. The studio offers a variety of package deals and specialized yoga workshops to develop and push one’s practice. I am beyond grateful for this Y6 community and am looking forward to seeing it continue to grow and thrive. Thank you, Y6!!

From the staff to all the teachers, everyone has been wonderful. Their app for booking classes is very easy too use and no long-term commitments for classes. Very clean studio. Some of the teachers also offer workshops on Sundays (separate cost from regularly scheduled classes) and teach about different wellness topics in the community too.A problem came up with billing recently because I accidentally created two accounts when purchasing the monthly membership, but they took care of it quickly and were very nice about my gaffe. I love YogaSix!

Attending YogaSix has been a great experience! There are plenty of options for classes and times.I have taken Hot Yoga with Jeannie and she is a wonderful teacher. She always has a great positive attitude early in the morning, offers various options in poses, keeps the mood light and cheerful, and is quick to learn names to make it a more personal experience.Sculpt & Flow with Coral is intense...in a positive way! Coral is fun, motivating, encouraging, and an excellent instructor. She keeps the class motivated and makes everyone feel like they can push more. She takes time to help with moves/poses and offers alternatives.I have been attending classes for 5 days a week for 4 weeks and I am so thankful that I have a membership. I have been focused on my weight-loss and this has helped. After 4 weeks of attending, I feel so much stronger and healthier.

Each experience has been great. The instructors are lovely “real” people, not super intense they do this every second of every day instructors. Makes me much more comfortable that they are every day joes doing yoga. Last class the heat was left a little high for a warm class, but other than that it has been a wonderful experience. Only reason for four stars is there is always room for improvement. Keep up the great work everyone.

I have been practicing yoga for many years. My experience here was lovely. The staff is very nice and the studio is clean. It can be difficult finding an instructor that is a good fit but my class with Coral was amazing. The studio is small and the classes are crowded so be there early.
