If you've never done reformer pilates, you should definitely consider giving it a try - the exercises help lengthen & strengthen muscles at the SAME time and it feels amazing and so effective!Whether or not you are new to reformer pilates, this is a fabulous studio. Classes are small (no more than 6 people) and the studio is sunny, clean, and well equipped. The teachers are skilled yet down-to-earth.I do recommend booking your classes WEEKS in advance because they fill up fast, however their cancellation policy is very generous so no worries if your plans change as long as you cancel your reservation the day before!Also, if dance classes are in session at Kaleidoscope Dance next door (e.g. weekend mornings and weekday early evening), allow yourself a few extra minutes to find parking as the lot, though large, can fill up.

This is an outstanding Pilates studio! My wife and I have been taking weekly duet classes with Elyse for almost 2 years. The difference in our strength and flexibility following an extended period of illness is remarkable. This is a friendly, very knowledgeable studio that I highly recommend!

Engage Pilates has been a wonderful place for me. I love the classes and the instructors are friendly and fun. I can’t believe how fast the 50 minute class just flys by. I’ll be attending many more in the near future. Love it!!

I love Engage Pilates! I'm new to pilates in general and was hooked after my first class. The teachers are terrific and the small group size insures you are on track with your form and movements. The studio is bright, clean and the equipment is top notch. Every class is a bit different and I never get bored!

I love this place! Everyone at Engage Pilate has such positive energy. No class us ever exactly the same because the instructors modify each class based on who is there and what the group wants/needs. Pilates is addressing my goals; I’m more flexible and stronger! Thank you ladies.

I am SO happy I found Engage Pilates. Cordelia has been so wonderful throughout my pregnancy. She always modifies and makes adaptations so I can comfortably participate in her classes. I always leave feeling better than when I got there. I look forward to trying out more instructors!
