A wonderful welcoming meditation environment. The staff is super friendly and nice, providing a very warm environment. Good for people at all levels. There is no pressure to sign up for anything. I highly recommend visiting for a free session. I left feeling so happy and relaxed.

MSI Healing and Wellness Center offers beautiful ethereal surroundings to learn deep mystical healing modalities. I am currently enrolled in the Reiki level 1,2 and 3 classes, where Billie Topa Tate is imparting her knowledge, wisdom and warm caring energy with her small classroom of students. In the first class we have learned about breath-work, the health benefits of promoting the flow of energy, meditation, history of Reiki, the Universal Life Force and the Five Spiritual Principles of Reiki. Students are first taught in a classroom setting about these principles and then gather on subsequent days for practical energy techniques. I am grateful to Billie Topa Tate, Monique and the staff at MSI Wellness Center for their grace and embracing me as one of their student practitioners.

The MSI Wellness Center is a wonderful community resource and blessing. The healing services and classes that Billie offers have been truly life changing for my family. Billie has had a profound impact helping my adopted son heal from complex early childhood trauma through in-person healing sessions, her medicinal plant products, and practical at-home recommendations. I have learned so much from Billie through reiki training, other course offerings, meditations, and personal conversations. Billie has inspired me to develop my healing facilities and has help deepen my understanding and appreciation of life. I also have incredible gratitude for Billie’s lovely daughter, Monique, who is responsible for the business operations and programming at MSI. Monique works very hard to keep the many moving parts of MSI running smoothly and has such a beautiful presence at the front desk. My son and I always look forward to being greeted by Monique and her precious dog, Socksie. All of this being said, I wholeheartedly recommend MSI to anyone looking to improve their life and learn from such an incredibly wise, humble, and pure hearted healer as Billie Topa Tate.

Billie Topa Tate is a great teacher and mentor. I have learned so much from her and have found all of her wisdom and knowledge to be healing and enlightening for me. I greatly enjoyed the reiki practitioner trainings and am looking forward to continued one-on-one sessions with Billie.

I want to warn people who are about to choose Billie Leiser (Topa Tate) as their health care provider. All her assessments and predictions regarding my health were completely wrong and caused a lot of harm. Please, put her clairvoyance abilities under scrutiny, and don't just trust her. Under her care and her energy work I created a very debilitating breathing condition and that got worse. When I complained about feeling worse breathing, Billie said that she saw "nothing serious". That "nothing serious" turned out to be lung cancer in an advanced stage, as was discovered by scans. Yet, when I first came to her, she claimed I had no cancer. I trusted her and lost a lot of time. Under her care, I reached the point when everything is so bad that I am basically dying in bed. When I contacted her to share what was going on and said that she caused a lot of harm with her assessments and predictions, she replied back with general words of a person who never takes responsibility for her actions. Please, be careful! Avoid this practitioner.
