Club is a little old but they did a refresh on the equipment during COVID. Plenty of squat racks now.Now the locker rooms are a different story, at least the men's is. They don't clean offer enough, especially in the shower area. There is usually a big fuzz ball in there floor drain, and miscellaneous trash in the showers. I've seen the same bandaid there for 2-3 days before they clean it up. Lots of missing tiles and deferred maintenance too.9/5/2023 Update - talking to other gym goers, the new cleaning lady is doing a better job with the weight area. The men's locker room is still gross. They wouldn't need so many air fresheners in the bathroom if they just cleaned it. The Woodinville location regularly bleaches and cleans their shower area, I've seen them do it. Now sure why the Lynnwood one let's black mold and who knows what else grow everywhere. 🤮

My car, along with 6 other peoples cars, were broken into last night. 2 weeks ago, 10 cars, a month ago an employees car!!!6 months ago the front desk let in a non-member that broke all the locks in the locker room. This gym does not care, will not help you at all. If you want your stuff stolen, violated, and then dismissed totally by 24 hour fitness management, this is the gym for you!!!

Title: Misleading Information and Inconsistent PoliciesI recently had an experience with 24 Hour Fitness that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Here's my account of what happened:1. I called ahead to confirm the gym's status and guest pass policy with a staff member. She assured me that the gym was open and they were accepting guest passes. This initial interaction gave me confidence that my visit would go smoothly.2. However, upon arriving at the gym with my wife, we were met with an entirely different situation. The staff at the front desk named elizabeth denied us access and requested a $20 fee for a guest pass. This inconsistency between the information provided over the phone and the actual policy at the gym was both confusing and frustrating. I felt it was intentional and thier plan to make money since I heard similar story form my colleague. This experience left me with a sense of miscommunication and inconvenience. It's important for 24 Hour Fitness to ensure that their staff members are well-informed about their policies and provide consistent information to customers. Such discrepancies can lead to misunderstandings and tarnish the gym's reputation.I hope that 24 Hour Fitness can address these issues to provide a more reliable and customer-friendly experience in the future. Clear and accurate communication with customers is key to maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Very nice staff! The management for this location needs to wake up and be aware of how dirty this place is..I see mold buildup in the pool’s ceiling ! This is serious health concern. I

For the most part, this gym is .. (mostly) clean. Generally speaking, most 24-hour fitness clubs no longer have the towel service, nor the smoothie bar. This one has 5 squat racks, the steam and dry sauna, and programmable locks on the lockers. Showers are gross, and past due for a remodel (wear sandals). Other areas are dusty.I've learned to ignore the deficiencies and focus on the workout. Friendly staff here including trainers. Free parking, lap pool, free weights, and a variety of cardio machines. Just sign up and commit to go!

The Good:Its a Super Sport that has basketball, punching bag, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, upstairs weights and downstairs running, cycling, stair climbing, rowing, pulling, weight lifting, group x, ect. And is near the freeway next to the Alderwood mall in Lynnwood wa. so it's easy access. The Bad:It located in a very old run down building for the past 25+ years. No matinence crew. Machines are all dusty. Showers are broken or have plumbing issues, somedays hot, somedays cold. Shower soap and toilet paper are always empty. Tiles are cracked, ceilings are moldy, locker room is never clean, and the men's BATHROOM smells like URINE because lack of disinfecting and cleaning staff! This place needs to seriously hire a night shift cleaning crew, just like other 24hr clubs, but I guess they can't afford it. Or just simply disinfect and spray all the toilets down with a long garden hose. Bathrooms should be #1 priority over anything else! It's also the only 24hr club in Wa. that has not been upgraded or relocated to a newer building before the pandemic.I will change this review if it improves.

Staff is friendly and often says "Hi" when you walk in. They do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean and things in order. For comparison I would say LA fitness on 99 is 2-3 stars.

Other than the showers and toilets being gross on a regular occurrence, this place is pretty friendly. Update... starting to feel like a late night youth center. Groups of kids hanging out behind the desk. No greetings anymore. Lots of change.

I have join 24 fitness back in November 2022. Upon signing the agreement gym manager offered 3 months of free membership codes. They send it through my email. Just a couple of weeks ago, I've try to activate the 3 months free membership for the first time it wouldn't let me get through. I went to the gym the next day and one of the staff was trying to help me but it wouldn't let the code go through. The next following day sales manager said that they had some issues back in November and December of 2022 and I have to talk to the general manager. When I spoke to the general manager the next day he gave me an email address where I can submit my problem and they'll help me and should send me a different code. Never got any response from 24-hour fitness. I spoke to the gym manager a few days after, the manager said I should have never got that offer of 3 months of free membership and he suggest that I should cancel my membership and start over. I have only used the gym for 5 months. I can't believe that the manager suggests I cancel my membership so I can receive new codes. I just hope that they'll do the right thing.
