Love this gym.I feel comfortable working out here better than I do at LA FITNESS. People come here to work hard and sweat not just to flex and pick up chicks or d**k. Trainer that I met was really nice and smart and amazing. Needless to say I dropped my membership at LA fitness even tho there three convenient locations close to me and I would have to drive a lil distance to get the 24 hour fitness. But its worth it! I love the fact its 24 hours better for my work schedule and I feel like the place is a bit more sanitized then LA Fitness

I am so tired of all the broken machines. They always have around 10 machines broken.. It is very hard at peak hours when everyone wants to work out and 6 treadmills are out of commission.

Wanted to come check out the gym as I was interested in maybe joining since a friend goes there a lot. I showed up to pay for a guest pass which he was told $10. Only had time for an hour and showed up. Lady at the front desk said it was $20 and was rude about it when asking what happened to the $10. Not going to pay $20 For one hour at a place I would consider joining. Especially when you can get a free three day pass, yet $20 For one hour guest pass). They lost a potential customer and I will now look else where for a gym to go to.

Most terrible customer service ever! Only what you can hear is " sorry about that, but there is nothing what we can do" !!They making you make calls in circle.Even when you try to explain what's going on they don't listen. They telling one story when you call 1 888 number and totally different when you call your local gym. When you cancel your membership after one year they charge annual fee for next year even if you cancel on time. When you complain again, answers is "there is nothing what we can do"!After all phone calls I visit club in person.Gym manager didn't even want to seat with me couple minutes to listen. She was speaking with me over check in desk. She printed my contract and she keep telling me "there is nothing what I can do".Absolutely ZERO interest to help me!Over past year I complained so many times about people not taking shower between sauna/steam room/swimming pool!Smell of urine in sauna/steam room and jacuzzi is so strong sometimes.I have my skin and eyes irritated in sauna 5-6 times because somebody using strong essential oils. All what they can say is "we will make note"!Next week all the same! After all this my opinion is they only care about your money!!I personally will never use 24 hours fittnes!!!!

It is okay. Disappointed in the pool, the cost is reasonable but no swimsuit dryers or towel service. For that you have to pay more and go to a posh neighborhood.

Lots of cardio equipment, a decent weight room, lap pool and jacuzzi. Haven't taken a class yet, but they always seem pretty full.

It's a basic gym. Older, not much space for bodyweight exercises. The classes are generally good, plenty of cardio options. Needs updating and a pool. (Shoreline location)

The worstand frustrating experience. 1 treadmill stops abruptly, 1 declines abruptly and often, and some it is so hard to press buttons.Other Information:It got basket ball court. Group class. Cycling class (around 25 bikes it got i guess), first come first serve during classes. You can reserve your spot 1hr before by paying $1. it got thread mills, cycles, 2 rowing machine, trx, steps. I feel all this equipment are old. In the top floor it got all weight machines. There are huge collection that are missing compared to seattle downtown 24 fitness. In the ground floor it also got souna and swimming pool. As default it got showers.

Busy place. Lots of cardio equipment. Due to high traffic, a machine or two is always under repair. Decent weight room but some people don't rerack. Restroom is always damp and stinky, otherwise locker room is fine. Go early morning or late evening to avoid the crowd. Parking can get difficult during peek hours but luckily there's mall parking.
