Had a membership at 24hr fitness for roughly 15yrs if not longer. I'm finally tired of no parking and all the broken equipment so I cancelled my membership. 3 months later I discovered they haven't cancelled my membership and have been charging me even though I moved on. Be careful.

I been going to 24 hours gym for over 20 years. The front desk staff are great and i have been enjoying the classes for years. I am beyond disappointed with the management. I usually drop my kids at the kids club and join the clases. A couple weeks ago, after i paid for the kids club, i was told there is a 45 min wait. I missed my class because of it. I waited 45 min since i already paid but was not able to use the kids club for the 2 hours i paid for. It was time for the kids club to close after an hour or so and was paged. I talked to the supervisor and asked for a partial refund. I did not use the 2 hours i paid and i was not told there will be a 45 min wait. If i knew there was a 45 min wait, i would not have paid. I was told by the supervisor i was not going to get a refund. I did not even ask for a full refund but still the answer was no. I asked to speak to a manager but he was not there and was told he will get back to me. He did not, i went back last week and asked the supervisor again, same answer " you are not getting a refund and the manager will get back to you". Another week passed. This is not about the refund but the fact that there is a process issue but management did not care enough to address it. This is bad customer service and hope they will lesrn their mistake and implement a process to let the customers know a head of time how long they have to wait before making the customers pay for the services they did not receive.

This place is a mess at best, horrible front desk, the employees tend to not know what they are doing. The whole place just smells worn out and in need of a change, in short the whole place is falling apart!!

I remember this location when it was brand new!!It doesn't matter who the manager is.Now it's a DUMP!!Equipment is old, some new.The pool area is definitely aCESS POOL and has NEVER BEEN DRAINED FOR CLEANING!!!! They just keep adding chlorine.....The staff friendly, but just a bunch of brown noses to keep their jobs.Corporate needs to see this place....

The layout is great. Weight room upstairs and cardio downstairs, keeps if from feeling too crowded. But I had my wallet stolen out of my locker which had a lock on it (the lock disappeared too) the 3rd time I had ever been there so I won’t be going back. They didn’t really seem to care and while I completely understand it’s not there responsibility the fact that it happened at there gym and they were fine with it says a lot.

This place is overhyped because it’s next to the mall. The amount of money I pay a month isn’t worth coming here. The equipment is disgusting and old. The pool and hot use never gets cleaned, it’s always dirty and yellow. The showers is absolutely disgusting urine everywhere and hair everywhere. Worst of all, the managers here are excuse makers, liars, scammers. They make up stupid reasons when a customer asks or needs something. Especially James the manager. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking for a gym to attend and join, pick a different one and a new one.

Friendly front desk staff! My wife and I feel welcome and are always treated well. They have a lot of cardio and weight equipment. The members are pretty much all business-they, friendly, but focused on working out. I'm pretty happy with this gym.

The gym itself is okay. Has good equipment. Things are broken. The manager is a bit rude.

Basketball environment is pretty good there. Members who play are more easy going and fun loving. The court could be better. The runs are good.

The 100+$ annual fee is a fraudulent tactic they deliberately won't tell the customers when signing up, but then send in email. They say it is the customer s mistake to ignore that. Then why advertise just the monthly cost everywhere. I was horrified to see other customers too in google reviews post this. And why don't you charge annual fee on sign-up (are you afraid customers will back out the very next day?)I reviewed a lot of stores, and never rated less than 3 before even if the experience was bad, andDear 24hr fitness - by 2018 standards you handled this terribly and horribly. So ... it looks like ... Businesses like Costco who advertise their annual fee upfront on sign-up by being transparent to their customers are idiots then. These two points I gave is only for the physical trainers n other support staff who are 5/5. 0/5 for the sales team.I joined 24x7 in nov and I really told them that I will come for 5 months only. I was never told about annual fee. Then, I was surprised to see additional charge of 149$ in jan. I spoke the main manager at lynnwood location, spoke about it in detail. There was no admission of any kind of mistake from their side, i was repeatedly told they understood my concern but they can't do anything about it ... Seriously, it was my mistake to not check all the fine prints, and no other effort from his side to investigate further and rectify this.Damn it, for god's sake ... I haven't signed up for this online or on amazon to miss the fineprint. Instead I visited ur facility, inquired in person about the plans, and this should have been the first few things i should have been told. That's when I looked up other reviews - and am shocked to see other reviewers suffer the same fate. This is when i understood it was a deliberate tactic. When there were customers who reported the same before me and it still happened to me, i will leave it to ur conscience what it implies about their sales team.As for the annual fee i paid, i disputed the charge and got back the money. 5/5 for amex here.I strongly believe you should do the same if you fall into this category.
