I love this YMCA, especially their kid zone. I feel very secure leaving my littles with the fabulous workers who work there!! I feel they should be given a raise!! The reason for two stars is that unfortunately I have witnessed employees in the weight area pick on minorities. Although I’m not a minority myself I find it EXTREMELY distasteful that the “rules” of the weight room are only enforced on certain individuals and others have free reign and get to do whatever they want!! Rules should be applied to EVERYONE!! You can’t just pick and choose who gets to do what!! To follow around and harass people of color over “rules” that don’t seem to exist for everyone is wrong!! Do better!!!

The workers at this YMCA establishment work very hard and its very clear they take care of and connect with the children they watch very well. I've noticed however they seem very overworked and overheard that they're receiving minimum wage for their jobs which is outrageous. The workers in Kidzone need to be treated better and its clear, change needs to come to this YMCA soon.

It’s one of the most modern YMCA’s in Washington however after a few months it gets kind of repetitive. Just wish they had more to do.

The front desk attendant gave my family and I a dirty look and proceeded to glare even after we entered the pool. Pool opened at 7:00, we got there at 7:05. She said it was full, thing is, it wasnt even full!?!

Updated review comment: I got my combination lock cut off in the women's locker room and my phone, drivers license and credit card stolen while I was swimming between 1pm and 2pm on a Monday. Staff contacted police for me and I filled out a report. Be aware this could happen to you and there is no real security in place to keep out thieves with equipment to cut your locks. Suspicious acting young woman near me when I was in there changing. Nobody else in there.

In general most of the staff is kind. Kids staff absolutely amazing!!Absolutely can't stand Gary on the workstaff. I don't know why he loves knit picking and hating on people going to the gym but he's kind of the only reason that makes me not want to come in.
