We signed up last spring for little kids soccer. The field we were assigned to in Everett had broken glass and trash everywhere on the field (which was dirt not grass- not great for soccer). When I complained about the conditions I was apologized to and told they get the fields assigned to them. They then gave me the choice to continue on or get a refund, since we were only 2 practices in. I thanked them for the response and explanation and said I would like the refund. The refund never came and Chris Bellecourt, the person I was communicating with, completely stopped responding to my emails and messages left. Beyond unprofessional. Steer clear of this place.

Apparently the entire spin cycle room was rented for exclusive use for 2 people! I was not allowed entrance. There is no other spin cycle in the building. I have been an unwaivering member of the Y for many years. I have paid full family dues throughout the years of COVID. I believe I should be able to access equipment I want to use for my workout. This ruined my day.
