Too much strange people go here and the staff bully me. But i still love going here to workout and go to the skatepark. The staff are very nice to me. I 100% recommend.

My daughter had a art class in Dec 2017, but they cancel the class. they told me they would return the tuition to me, i complain ed many times,but 3 month later , the tuition did not return to me yet! So angry! If i can give -5star, i would file it!

I am consistently frustrated that whenever I have a question about a class, or events going on at the Y - no one seems to have the answer. You would think the front desk would have access to or even knowledge as to what events are going on in their facility. I was looking for a class this a.m. which was announced to begin in August. The website schedule had NOTHING. I phoned the front desk, and got the same standard reply, "No one tells us anything!" How about being proactive and looking it up? Why isn't the front desk staff a bit more customer service proactive?

❤️ this place! Especially Venture Camp! The staff are cool, and in Venture Camp, you can meet kids/teens your age! Super fun! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Only a few staff are actually mean/uninterested. So I would’ve put 5 stars, but they need a 12ft deep pool! …
