I love the sauna. I get my facial done here everytime. Yay!! Well all I have to say is that the ymca has nice friendly people out there the staff are nice yes and they care for there customers. But when something happens they will blame anyone so they can get u in trouble even if u tell them it wasn’t you!!!! I was in the hottub with a couple of friends on Friday night and when I was done I got called over by the staff! And they told me who was the person who put soap in the water? I had no clue of what they talked about because there apperantly was soap in the hot tub? And it was my fault ? I told them it wasn’t me ! So they wrote my name down and said it was a warning.... so I come the next day and they tell me I’m banished.... I’m like I told u it wasn’t me and they didn’t care about it they just got gratitude from me being banished

This is a great facility with a friendly staff and good programs, but I have observed a noticeable increase in mildew etc. in the men's locker room showers. Seems to me that the cleaning crew are not as vigilant as they were.

I’m highly disappointed in my experience tonight. My husband and I were unable to take our three year old daughter to the Lynnwood Rec Center for open swim because they were full which my daughter was disappointed about. We then drove to another pool in Shoreline that didn’t have open swim this evening so before we had a third fail, we phoned this YMCA. We spoke with Logan who stated open swim was currently going on until 9:30 and tonight was a special event so it would be free! We arrive and he checks us in and as soon as we put our towels down, the two lifeguards announce that open swim is now closed. I ask them confused and she said they were closed for open swim and Logan’s information was wrong. Disappointed toddler but even more disappointed parents. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting our time coming to this facility because it’s clear that I’m not the only one that’s experienced clueless staff.

It opens at 8 a.m. on Sundays Miss Peggy was very nice she makes the best coffee and it's free! They have an awesome pool the showers are private you can pull a curtain with soap shampoo and conditioner also provide you with towels and a small locker for your belongings one of the best I've been to in the Pacific Northwest if not the best one thanks for letting me review and may God bless all the works of your hands!
