Great value for a gym. Get the multi gym pass and there are 6 others within 20 miles that offer different things

Clean beautiful gym. Off Dover in Fairfield. Tennis courts in and outdoor pool. A little expensive but mature and well mannered.

The In-Shape on Dover in Fairfield is one of the best ones to visit. With swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, steam room and spas it is far better than any other facility in this city. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Picked up a day pass to get some free weight time in since I was stuck in Fairfield for work. Employees were not knowledgeable about where their own equipment was, placement of equipment was not organized, there was not even a squat rack. I have been to planet fitness's with better equipment. Ended up spending $13 to run on the treadmill for an hour. If you want to take selfies and show off on social media, this is the place. If you want to workout and get your pump on, go somewhere else.
