I've been going here for 2 months, after taking 5 years off after many years doing Martial arts at other schools. Their program and approach are great. I'm able to progress at my own pace and always get a great workout. The atmosphere/feel of the place is relaxed and fun, yet serious enough to be a good solid workout.My son, 13, has been going for 3 months and enjoys it. That's a big accomplishment because he's never been motivated much for any extracurricular activities. Their teen karate class had a great energy with a fun atmosphere that doesn't seem like hard work to him, but he recognizes here's learning some skills.Highly recommend this place.
