This is truly an amazing place. The training in Martial Arts is by far the best I have seen. Their after school program is awesome for our younger generation. The care and knowledge of their instructors and staff is truly a benefit to us all.

A True martial arts school. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. The youth program is second to none. All belts are earned and not bought. Character building and applying the lessons learned to all aspects of the students life is given as much emphasis as fighting and self-defense skills. The dojo is the cleanest, and one of the best equipped that I have been in throughout the many years I have been training. They also have great summer camps for kids that are lodes of fun and a good way for them to get introduced to martial arts while also enjoying other activities. I would highly recommend this school to the newcomer as well as the seasoned martial artist.

I have been a part of the TRUE family for about 11 years now. I say family because that is the feel that you get when you become a student at this exceptional studio. My brother and I began coming to this facility as kids due to bullying issues we were having at our schools. The instructors were immediately there to hear any of our stories and help us in any way that they could. As we continued to train we became more confident, strong, and respectful. This helped us protect ourselves from the bullying that we had so much trouble with in the past. As we grew into teenagers and eventually young adults the instructors continued to mentor us through any challenges that arose throughout our life. True Martial Arts is not just a place where you learn how to punch, and kick. It’s a place where you learn Honesty, Self-control, respect for yourself and others, and the confidence to know that no matter what challenges life throws, you will make it through it and come out stronger on the other side. The reason I tell you all of this is to show you just how much of a difference True Martial Arts can make in your life, and the life of your children.
