Echoing the previous negative reviews, I can back up this information and the business dealings of the owner, Wes.I signed up for a year contract, and had decided to not renew. I read the fine print in the contract, and it does state that he will continue to charge you automatically, even after your contract is up, UNLESS YOUR REQUEST TO TERMINATE IS RECEIVED IN WRITING.So, I hand-delivered a written letter to the business mailbox (even took a video of me doing so), in addition to sending an email communicating that I did not want to renew, and to not send any more automatic debits through my bank account.Guess what? Month after month, Wes kept trying to charge my card.I say “kept trying,” because thankfully I had read these other reviews of similar experiences, and went to my bank and cancelled my debit card completely and opened a new one.I received email after email from Wes, saying that I needed to call with updated bank information because the charges weren’t going through. This was despite my email response that I had met the terms of the contract and I didn’t wish to renew, and to remove me from his email list. This was the only way he was unable to take more money from me even after I met the terms of the contract.I finally also had to block his number because he wouldn’t stop sending me marketing text messages to my personal number.I took screenshots of all communication because it was bordering on harassment and I wanted a paper trail in case I needed proof of his actions.Do not give this guy your business. Also, the actual gym is gross. There were always pubic hairs on the floor that I could see when I was doing floor work on my yoga mat. The floor was seemingly never cleaned.

Be EXCEEDINGLY careful giving your credit card information to this business and Wes. You can try to cancel, you can send him written notice as his contract stipulates, you can DM him in Facebook but he will continue to charge your credit card months after you have sent notice. I'm at the point of notifying the authorities and considering an attorney.

If I could rate this place with less than one star I would. I felt lied too and I felt taken advantage of and I felt robbed of my money and I felt totally disrespected. I am a nice honest and fun person yet the way that they treated me was horrible. They roped me in promising by what they had no intention of delivering and then bullied money out of me. Wes is only interested in using my resources to advance himself as much as possible; and I've seen him do this with other members as well. When asked what the incentives were, Wes could only tell the group of all the ways he would be using us to promote himself. Even worse was the total lack of attention, focus, or any concerns for my medical condition! :-l !! This place cost me more than I can express here.

Terrible communication! I do not recommend getting into a membership with this gym. I have been trying to cancel my membership according to the terms listed in the contract and have not heard back from anyone. I have emailed, called and even messaged on instagram. I do not live close to the gym anymore and told Wes in person my situation. He was "understanding" and gave me his personal email to cancel.. no response from him or the gym's email. Their phone number does not have a voicemail attached. Awful experience.

I did a 6 week challenge here and the classes were a blast! Tabitha is awesome, and Wes was great with nutrition questions. I crushed my goals, and really benefited from the structure and accountability.

When I saw a listing about a 6 week program, I was a bit skeptical but I had been wanting to start working out in a group setting and kickboxing always seemed like it would be fun to me. Upon meeting Wes I knew that it was going to be a great experience. He walked me through what the expectations of the program would be and helped me set everything up. Going to the classes was amazing. The facility is kept clean and in good conditions and all of the trainers are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Each class was fun and challenging to help push me while also teaching the safe way to perform the workouts. They made sure that no one was pushing themselves to the point of hurting themselves and provided accommodations when needed. During my last week I injured my wrist and had a hard time putting any pressure on it. The trainers were very understanding and gave me alternative workouts I could do that would still keep me moving but would avoid me putting additional strain on my wrist. This gym is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I started a 6 week challenge on 7/12/21 not really knowing what to expect. The work outs are intense but the trainers are awesome, very encouraging, knowledgeable, and hold you accountable! Thanks to the team I was able to lose over 6% body fat in 6 weeks and I am stoked about my results!
