The staff is very nice and friendly and they greet us as we come in and tell us thanks for coming as we leave. They talk with my daughter who has Down's Syndrome and she really enjoys going there each day.When we signed up, the lady took time to show us all the equipment and explain that each piece has instructions on its use. There are plenty of machines and treadmills available so there is no waiting. We enjoy our exercise time there.

The price is fantastic and what you get makes this a great value. Staffing model tends to lead to lines waiting for tanning beds but mostly everything else is pretty much sign in and get to it. It's a clean place with a decent amount of equipment and a ton of cardio stuff - I've never seen it even a third full for cardio - it's got everything you need for basic workouts and fitness - haven't tried classes but they're included too. I don't know of a better value - I've gone here for a few weeks and like it a lot .

I’ve been a member for about 3 weeks now, and have seriously loved every minute of it. I wake up every morning excited to go back for my daily routine. Cortney is awesome! His positive attitude and smiling face every morning when I come in makes it even easier to be there. Equipment is always clean, everyone is friendly, I never feel like someone is watching me (which is a huge plus for me). I’m so happy I joined! I finally decided to make my weight loss journey an actual thing instead of just a thought, and couldn’t be doing it without this place!

The gym here is pretty good. For the price and the perks you get, it definitely rivals alot of the gyms in the area. It can be busy weekdays after work but they generally have enough equipment if you're willing to be flexible but if you like to stick to a strict workout plan or routine that will be a pain point. The gym is also very social so it's not uncommon for people to be standing at a machine talking while you might be waiting to use it. The only other negative is that people at this gym do not wipe down or sanitize equipment. This is the biggest bother to me personally but staff does little to regulate it and there's nothing worse than sitting down at a machine dripping in sweat except for maybe the MRSA that can come with it. That said most gyms in Hamilton County have this same issue in my experience. The staff though is great, very friendly and very willing to help and they do have great training opportunities if you're new to working out. All in all it's a good place and I plan to maintain my membership for the foreseeable future.

Brand new facility so it is CLEAN. Very happy with location and equipment. I hope it stays this way!

Great place to work out. Seem to have a great staff. Very clean and with up to date technology.

Went in to check out the club. Staff member just stared at me didnt even say hi. Walked around the entire club twice without a single person saying a word. No culture here.

This is a great location, it is much more spacious here compared to others I have visited. This location also has multiples of many of the weight machines where other locations only have one.

Clean facility! Great staff. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a cheap, quality gym experience.

Its clean and nice but if u want to sign up for tanning or take a class u have to into gym and use their kiosk....
