The worst part about this place is parking. Downtown Grand Blanc does have much parking as it is. Other than that the staff is helpful and are always so so polite. Every now and then you may even get encouraging high fives from them too. And no matter how busy it seems when you walk in everyone working out is really good at moving along and not camping out on machines. Very little have I ever changed my routine because of busy machines. No judgement is in effect for sure here. The clunk alarm almost never goes off do to the respect most every working there and the people working out have for each other

Recently visited this Planet Fitness location while handling some business in the area and was greeted by kind staff members and a clean gym. I enjoyed the selection of equipment and how exclusive the black card membership room felt. Would definitely return if back in the area.

I love PF & love that it is so close to work & home. Since I have a Black card, tonight I invited a friend to workout with me.When she walked in and was looking around to see if I was already there, a staff member called her out demanding that she sign in first!😳 How? Without the member?She tried to explain that she was looking to see if I was there as I did not have my phone on me to receive her call.The male staff member was very rude & made her feel very uncomfortable & I know that a little assistance & politeness could have turned the situation around. Now she has had a bad experience at the GB location, she will not consider becoming a member. I am saddened & dissapointed at the lack of basic customer service displayed by that staff member. This gym is not a super exclusive Spa or Club that needs this level of " Security" Maybe if those people coming in ,off the street were greeted & assisted in a kindly manner they might consider becoming future members.Just a thought!

I absolutely love this gym and never thought I would feel this way about working out!From the moment you walk in you’re happily greeted by first name. The equipment is clean and always well maintained. Kailey’s classes are great and challenging. She pushes me to work hard!My only recommendation is to get more TRX straps for the 360 room so we can have 4 options during strength and burn classes.The Burton location has the full TRX class but I would rather attend in GB with Kailey.Please consider adding more. I promise they will be used.

So Ruba who is trying to defeat the entire purpose of me going to the gym by feeding me candy asked if I had completed a review of their operation on here. Who knew there was such a thing?Not me.Great staff with a good attitude and always willing to help. If you think it is a bit to busy for your tastes just ask for the use sheet that shows their busy times and if you have a bit of flexibility you can use a different time.All in all glad we go there.

This place is amazing. I have never felt more comfortable or more welcome at any other gym that I’ve been to. Not only that it is always clean no matter how busy it is and the staff seems to be right on top of everything. I am new at working out and they have been so helpful at showing me all the equipment and how to use it. I really can’t say enough great things about this place. Thank you for opening one up in grand blanc. It has been literally life changing.

My mom has a guest card and I always came with her as I was unable to drive yet. I never had a issue coming into this gym as everybody was friendly. As I just turned 16 and got my licenses I just got a membership and I can’t wait to put it to use! This gym is amazing for the price and you can’t go wrong with it!

Its very beginner friendly, they have classes you can take, tanning, lots of machines, it's just great. One thing that really annoys me is how sometimes when I walk into the mens locker room there is just an old guy nude. They have changing rooms across the showers for a reason. One time the old guy was clothed and my friend and I were in the locker room putting our stuff in our locker and I turn around and he is nude. Why

Great Gym! Very clean. Staff always bustling about cleaning something or other. All equipment well maintained. Stellar management team. Randi & Ruba have put together an excellent staff that are always friendly and welcoming. Planet Fitness is the best thing to have happened to Grand Blanc in quite some time. Always look forward to going.

Great gym and fantastic staff! They're always in a cheerful mood and ready to help out if needed. Plus, the gym is always kept very clean so I feel comfortable working out here. Overall, this is a fanatasic Planet Fitness
