This is the best gym you'll ever get to go to, very courteous, kind, caring, and protective of their patrons. They are particularly big on keeping everyone safe and comfortable especially if your different like me. This gym is one on my favorite places to be only because of how my service dog and I are treated here. I will always go to this planet fitness, rather than some two but gym.

This is my favorite PF in this area... They have the best personal trainer. Her name is Jessica. If you haven't had the chance to take on of her classes I suggest you sign up for one soon... Shes very motivated always positive and energetic.She is always willing to help any member. I recommend her if you need help starting a healthier lifestyle and exercise regime..

I recently switched clubs to train with Jessica Helms. She is personable, professional and dedicated. I really appreciate Jessica's effort and personalization. She has helped me with nutrition, strength and endurance on my fitness journey. I have made so much progress since I have been consistently working out with Jessica. I am also impressed with the club and staff at this location. I switched from a club that is closer to my home and I am glad I did! Clean gym and friendly staff!

Clean and not too crowded like to see more people clean the machines after they use them but staff always keeps up cleaning which is definitely needed. Thank you guys for keeping it nice for everyone!

Zero stars. Not 24/7Added after gym replied: gotta love the robotic response that had nothing to with what I wrote and says nil about updating WHAT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN AS 24 hours.People will not come to this gym anymore anyway, they require you to wear a mask WHILE you workout....... I'm not kidding.

couple years back before spinal Injury I wanted to go there ended up having to have my brain drained again..they messed up my back from the spinal tap... they wouldn't let me get my money back...the man wanted to know my hospital stays what was wrong with me....until my doctors stepped in.... and told them all I have to tell you is there is a hippa law and she has a neurological issue and all I will write she let him have it...Rude people they are more interested in selling tanning lotion than anything else.

Signed up, they entered my info incorrectly, I couldn't get there right away, I'm still responsible for 2 months of fees ,they waived the late fees for the 2 months but either way, how am I still responsible when I never used the membership? This was their mistake , I couldn't cancel without having to pay the 2 months of fees either. Not very pleased with them at this point!!

I moved out of state, and they wont refund me for my membership. Ruba sarcastically tried to offer solutions, but said she's keeping my money. Also has NO record of me showing up.. Check your cameras. This establishment puts a bad name on all Planet Fitness locations. She needs to learn to let others talk, and not over speak. Very rude. Don't join.
